The company I booked with is great they found me a driving instructer and booked my test date and was able to get me an earlier one when one came available ( my choice) My instructer (Paul) was extremely good, he was very calm and polite and always talked me through everything that I was doing wrong not only by words but would show me on his iPad how I should correct anything so I totally understood and would go back again until I got it right until I was confident and comfortable at it. I passed first time doing this crash course.

Dont go to national intensive guys for your driving course ive just been robbed woth £1400 for a driving course. The instructor somina butt was turning up late didnt get intouch till a week before my test didnt complete my hrs i got took into my test only to fail. She cancelled days she was meant to come and didnt arrive she was taking her dinner breaks in my hrs sitting eating in the car she was constantly on her phone whilst she was leant to be teaching me i was just driving aimlessly around the roads when she did arrive she was late she was meant to do 4 hrs a day with but i was lucky getting two from her each day honestly i just feel robbed by national intensive please if your thinking of going with this company please dont because they just scam you out your money and even when you get in touch no one answers the phone you dont get your money back i paid for 25 hrs that wernt even completed.... the response ive just got is all lies by national intensive i did contact them my instructor was not professional at all guys its a scam

Edit: Our records show that you did not contact us at any point during your course to raise any concerns. We have no record of any calls or emails from you while your lessons were taking place. The first contact we received was after your driving test on 10 July, which was unfortunately unsuccessful, when you submitted a complaint. Had these concerns been raised during your course, we would have had the opportunity to investigate and address them before your test.
We also have evidence confirming that, after your test, you asked the same instructor to take you to your next driving test in October. This is inconsistent with the allegations now being made in your review.
Based on the evidence available to us, it appears you do not have the full facts of the situation. We have documented evidence confirming that Hayley thanked her instructor following the test and requested to continue lessons with her, despite the course having been completed. This is inconsistent with the allegations made in this review and does not support the claims being presented.
edit-Update: Since posting this review, we have received evidence from your instructor showing that, after your driving test, you asked her to take you to your next test appointment. In the same messages, you thanked her for her help and expressed how much you appreciated her.
These messages are clearly inconsistent with the allegations made in your review and call into question the accuracy of the claims you have published.
We remain happy to investigate any genuine concerns supported by evidence, but we also have a responsibility to respond where public statements are contradicted by the documented communication available to us.
We're sorry to hear you're dissatisfied with your experience. However, we've reviewed your booking history and can confirm that at no point during your course did you contact National Intensive to raise any concerns about your instructor, lesson duration, or the service you were receiving. Had you done so, we would have investigated the matter immediately and worked with you to resolve any genuine issues before your driving test.
This is the first time these allegations have been brought to our attention, and they have only been raised after your driving test had already taken place. We take customer feedback seriously and are always happy to intervene where concerns are reported during a course, but we cannot address issues that are never made known to us at the time.
We also note your claim that no one answers our phones. This is incorrect. We do not operate a voicemail service. All calls are answered by our customer service team, with callers remaining in the queue until the next available advisor is free.

Booked and paid for 25 hours with…
Booked and paid for 25 hours with Samina Butt, she was very Unprofessional, very limited English, and very abrupt. Did not check my licence or my eye sight on my first lesson. Turned up late, or rearranged lessons at last minute, constantly on her phone , basically just let me drive around and around, only lifting her head up now and again. Would not recommend this lady at all!!! Very Unprofessional, and rude, didn’t complete all my hours as she left me until last min. Did not want to refund me and was extremely rude!!! National Intensive is a scam, paid them £550 to find me a (local) instructor, complained about having to pick me up as she lived in Manchester. Would not recommend her or National intensive, there just a middle man! Find your own local driving instructor people what a waste of £1500 in total !!!! Tried to ring National intensive numerous times and no one is answering there end. Left a voicemail and email with my concerns on day one with my allocated instructor, no reply whatsoever , feel robbed !!

We would also like to clarify a couple of points. We do not have a voicemail facility on our phone lines. Every call is answered by our customer service team, and if all agents are busy, callers simply remain in the queue until the next available advisor is free. As such, it would not have been possible to leave us a voicemail.
In addition, we take all customer concerns seriously and respond to emails received through our support channels. We have been unable to identify any correspondence matching the details in your review.

I did an intensive course
I did an intensive course, limited time, lot to cover, it was hard, Lindy was very tough and firm, she pushes you to go above and beyond your driving skills, you get to test standard and she pushes you for better so when it comes to your test youre beyond that standard it is basically a pass guarantee. It is a bit of tough love that is very effective when you listen and take it on as she knows her stuff. She is also a great laugh so it isnt awkward.

Unfortunately, my experience with National Intensive was extremely disappointing.
I booked a 25-hour intensive driving course after explaining before booking that I needed my driving licence urgently for a job opportunity. I also requested a local instructor who could provide intensive lessons.
The first instructor allocated to me did not work out, and I was then allocated a second instructor based some distance away. Throughout the course I experienced repeated changes to lesson times, late arrivals, cancelled lessons and poor communication. The course was never delivered in the intensive manner that had been promised.
Despite paying £735.29 to National Intensive and a further £775 directly to the instructor, I only received around three hours of tuition before the arrangement completely broke down. The instructor refunded the majority of my lesson fees, but National Intensive refused to refund their administration fee despite my complaint.
I followed their complaints process, provided evidence and attempted to resolve matters professionally, but their final response was that they had simply allocated an instructor and therefore considered their obligations fulfilled.
I have since found a new local instructor and, within just two lessons, the difference has been remarkable. The lessons are punctual, well structured, professionally delivered and tracked through an app, which has highlighted just how poor my previous experience was.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend National Intensive. If you're considering an intensive course, I would strongly recommend researching local independent instructors instead, as they may provide a more reliable and consistent service.

This matter has already been discussed extensively over the past few weeks, and our position has been clearly explained.
We would like to clarify that the pupil cancelled a number of scheduled lessons during the course. While some lessons did take place, the ADI remained mindful of the upcoming test date and the pupil’s request for intensive tuition. Given that the test date was still some time away, the instructor advised that it would be more beneficial to continue building the required skills and experience rather than rushing the pupil into a test before they were fully prepared.
The pupil was also invited to use the test alert system to monitor for any earlier test availability, and this remained an option should suitable cancellations become available.
As a booking agent, our role was to allocate a suitable instructor and facilitate the course. We did this, and an instructor was provided. The instructor acted professionally and in the best interests of the pupil by ensuring that tuition was focused on achieving the required standard safely rather than simply proceeding with a test that they did not believe the pupil was ready for.
We acknowledge that the pupil’s experience did not meet their expectations; however, the suggestion that no service was provided is not accurate. Lessons were arranged, an instructor was allocated, and support was provided throughout the process.
Our previous response remains unchanged, and we consider this matter concluded.
