This store has a really good selection of products at very reasonable prices. I ordered several items and the delivery time was brilliant! I had the items in a couple of days.

Although delivery of my order was very delayed, this was not the fault of your company but the consequences of Brexit. I was kept up to date and received apologies for the delay, and informed of progress. The goods were well packed in recyclable materials, and I am pleased with the products. I am a fan!

Ordered the 3 month gift box…
Ordered the 3 month gift box subscription as a birthday present.
Staff were so helpful and ensured that first delivery was as close to the birthday as possible. Timely delivery of other boxes then followed.
My sister has been delighted with the products received especially as all are guaranteed cruelty free.
So nice to have this kind of option for natural products and not just makeup.
Would highly recommend.

Always love when I get an order from Natural Skincare Emporium! Previously had gotten several of the monthly beauty boxes which were a great introduction into new products. Repurchased some of the products from these boxes recently and got even more samples which are always appreciated!

Thank you for your custom. My sincere apologies for the delay with your order - after 13 years in business we have never been as late shipping orders..
In normal times orders received before 12.30pm are delivered the next day 32 county wide! . In the current times with new precautionary measures around Covid-19, an increase in order volumes combined with the Brexit chaos (where deliveries of goods to us have been significantly delayed) it has meant that we are behind with lots of orders and it has been difficult to keep everyone up to date. I really do apologise. Someone should have contacted you to explain, but we do not have the usual complement of staff due to the on going Covid problem. I assure you we will ship your order as soon as our promised delivery arrives this week.
