Waiting on order 7 days at the moment
Waiting on order 7 days at the moment. Still no sign of it. Only today I received an email saying that it has been shipped. I thought that this company was Irish so based here in Ireland.
Received orders from outside Ireland quicker.
I do not intend ordering from this company again.

As is testimony from our excellent reviews, we normally dispatch orders very fast, but this time we fell short of our usual high standards. We are a small Irish company and fell behind on orders due to staff shortages combined with annual leave. The individual processing your order should have updated you regarding our back log. It does not reflect our usual standards of service and care and for this we are truly sorry for the unsatisfactory customer service you received.

A absolutely disgrace
A absolutely disgrace, customer service is zero , emails are not responded, messages are not responded. The worst customer service I ever experienced. I have monthly subscriptions with glossbox, lookfantastic and Birchbox with no problem until I got the bad luck to get this company. If you are looking for great customer service amazing products avoid this company.
Reply: I send two emails as you clearly have them in it the issue was not the shipping was the missing answer to a customer. You should get the things right before anything

We pride ourselves on our customer service. I think the real issue here is that you did not read the shipping date of the subscription boxes which is c.23rd of each month. This is clearly stated on the website. You sent one enquiry via Facebook and it was unfortunate it was not picked up. We do apologise for this. However we also state on the website that if you have a query regarding an order to please send an email as we cannot guarantee a timely reply via social media. We also provide a telephone number which is always answered. When you did email it was replied to immediately. Your box was shipped on the 22nd as promised on the website.

Altogether lovely experience, from browsing through an offering of the kind of beauty products I love best, to receiving my purchase at the speed of light. I’m absolutely delighted, and I wish I’d known about this store years ago. Miles better selection than anywhere in Cork, where I live. I’ll be a regular from now on.
