Feels like a scam

Delivery failed to arrive
DPD failed to deliver my parcel for an unknown reason and it is being sent back to Natural Strains. This is not the first time that DPD have failed to deliver my parcel and I have no idea why.
I understand this is an issue with DPD and not with Natural Strains, however I have tried to contact Natural Strains by email twice and by message through their website twice, with no reply. I have left it a few days for a response before writing this. I am £60 down with no parcel received and have been left in the unknown. Please can I have a refund on this, thank you.

We can see a delivery confirmation email was sent Wednesday 2/8/23 13:56pm we our a little confused as to why you are only now contacting us Monday 7/8/23 in the afternoon?
Without giving us a chance to respond to your email or the outcome you have decided to voice your opinion on a public review platform.
We have contacted Dpd who Inform us that GPS puts the driver at the exact location at the time of delivery.
We have now raised a signature dispute meaning Dpd will investigate asking the driver to return to the delivery address and obtain a short statement Dpd may also ask us the company to then ask you the customer for further contact details if no resolution is reached this will be passed on to claims and can take up to 5 working days

UPDATE* from further correspondence it seems you did receive your parcel however for what ever reason you wanted a refund maybe you just didn't like our products as this was your first order after all. You have not responded to our requests for further information and have not cooperated with Dpd.

It's now been 2 days since we replied to your email infoming you that as part of Dpd's investigation they will need a contact telephone phone number in order to speak with you regarding delivery. As mentioned earlier the driver has been contacted and has confirmed delivery was made GPS also puts the driver at the exact location at the time of delivery.
Can you confirm whether or not you wish the investigation to go ahead and please provide us with a contact telephone number thanks.

Ripped off by natural strains m DPS
Dpd posted it to diffrentbaddress but because Google maps show dpd was around my area I've been tuned down my money back or refund gave to suffer a loss dpd won't admit a mistake dpd works foe natural strains so I'm left out of poxmcket.yes I did as after paying for 1 to 2 delivery it was okay bymut your company said said mhat ig would be Monday just gone and I work so it was ment to bmdeliverfmd to whitbmebfire fmdooor same as mine but dpd won't admit fault they work with natural strains I've lost outbor been scammed as I won't get nothink back but that was because ni predicted 1.2 days and dpd gave a longer date and I gD work that is why I asked ro be deliverd to flat 3 my nihbourbin door flat I payed u and now I get called a lier and to chase my own parcel I payed for end if dpd won't admit responsibility they work and acam dpd I just want my stuff or money end of I payed u end if

Thanks for taking the time out to review us on Trustpilot,
Shortly after shipping you changed your original delivery address to be delivered to a neighbour we informed you that the GPS at the time of delivery puts the driver in the correct location not the same area but pin pointed to the exact location however as your delivery address is a block of flats this makes it difficult to determine the correct door number we sent you an image across of the door Dpd delivered to in order to help you better locate your parcel you insisted this was the wrong address we can see the building consists of around 20 flats as you requested for your parcel to be delivered to a neighbour we suggest looking at the image Dpd have provided at the time of delivery showing the door your parcel was delivered to and nocking.
We have raised a dispute meaning the driver will be interviewed regarding delivery and the driver will go back to the delivery address to investigate further until an outcome is reached by Dpd investigation team, please be patient as soon as the matter is resolved and we have an answer will contact you we will also keep you updated on any further correspondence from Dpd. If Dpd are at fault we assure you a full refund will be issued as we have previously informed you.
*further response we will try and break this down for you in terms you understand as judging from your review you need this.. you ordered Friday 2/6/23 we clearly state 1-2 working days delivery your order arrived Saturday 3/6/23 a none working day meaning your order was dispatched Friday and arrived Saturday YOUR ORDER TOOK ZERO WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE! Not a longer date as you say, at no point have you been called a lier in fact we have assured you that we have raised a signature dispute on your behalf contacting Dpd to relay your version of events. We suggest not to request your parcel be delivered to a neighbour if you don't like to nock at your neighbours houses.

Terrible company!! Extremely bad customer service!
Terrible and incompetent company! They sent my order to another address I never lived in! I tried sorting out the problem caused by them as I spent 60£ and they didn’t even reply anymore and they didn’t issue a refund! Disgusting people and utterly bad customer service! Never buy from them!

Thanks for your review,
As we have explained on a number of occasions Dpd have confirmed that you requested a change of address we can assure you we our not in the habit of changing customers address for no apparent reason. Dpd confirmed and verified the change of address by matching the order contact details specifically your (phone number) you provided wile placing your order with the details requesting the change of address.
We have contacted DPD again after receiving your latest emails. They have confirmed you have spoken with them this morning and have stated that it was the consumer (you) that has requested the change in address.
We cannot be held responsible for customers requesting to change delivery address on this occasion you contacted Dpd directly and was logged and confirmed by Dpd head office.
