TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤢
SECOND EDIT BECAUSE NATURAL STRAINS CONTINUE TO UPDATE THEIR RESPONSE BELOW ACCUSING ME OF BEING AT FAULT FOR THEIR DRIVER DELIVERING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS RESULTING IN ME LOOSING MY PARCEL AND MY MONEY DUE TO NO SUPPORT FROM NATURAL STRAINS:
I think it says a lot that rather than show some empathy in their approach to resolving issues for a longterm customer, they instead continue to hound people that have left bad reviews trying to make those people out that left bad reviews to be wrong. I left a bad review because my experience was really bad, I ordered a parcel to my home address, it was not delivered to my home address, and I was not refunded, so I lost my parcel and my money because I ordered from Natural Strains, and Natural Strains told me it’s not their problem, it’s mine! Steer clear of this company, honestly.
They have copied a snipped from my e-mail to them in some sort of attempt to make it out like it’s my fault, which is unbelievably petty, and hasn’t worked because in what world does it matter what area I live in, IF IVE ORDERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS!!! How can I be any clearer?! YOUR DRIVER delivered it 5 floors down, not next door to me or even to a neighbour on the same floor. He delivered to the closest door to the front communal entrance. It’s lazy. And I don’t know my neighbour 5 floors under me. All this while I was working from home expecting my delivery!
I noticed they didn’t post my whole email to them because that would make them look bad, they instead tried to take a snippet which they thought supported their accusation of me being at fault for living in a poor area. Terrible attitude shown their from this company.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone due to such poor service and soulless approach to communication. Literally independent eBay sellers have more integrity and better policies and customer service than this company in my experience over the last couple of days.
EDIT: So after reading their response I’m genuinely embarrassed for them. They have said it’s my fault my parcel was stolen because I live a bad area!!!! DID I NOT ORDER THIS TO MY HOME ADDRESS SPECIFICALLY?? HOWEVER NATURAL STRAINS CHOSE TO DELIVER TO A RANDOM NEIGHBOUR 5 FLOORS DOWN FROM MY HOUSE. THEN THE NEIGHBOUR SAID THEY DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING.
DONT BUY FROM THEM GUYS, they’ve been really dismissive, offered no help whatsoever, the e-mails they sent me are really frustrating and condescending because again they’re saying it’s nothing to do with them. Now I’m £30 down. Thank god I didn’t choose to order a larger quantity. Can you imagine ordering a Oz only for them to loose it during delivery and then deny all responsibility.

They delivered my parcel to a neighbour, that neighbour then said they didn’t have any parcel for me. I contacted Natural Strains who said it’s not their problem.
I was at home the whole time and didn’t hear my buzzer ring or my door knock.
I was then informed by DPD Any orders from natural strains can be delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place and you cannot change that instruction as is automatically set by natural strains.
SO IT IS THEIR FAULT. They’ve offered absolutely no help/refund/replacement and said they haven’t done anything wrong.
LOST A LONGTERM CUSTOMER AS I WONT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

As we have previously explained to you we contacted Dpd who have informed us that they have contacted the driver and he has confirmed that he did try and deliver your parcel to the address you provided with no answer or response at the property. Rather than drop your parcel off at a local pick up point the decision was made to leave in a safe place or deliver to a neighbour as no safe place was available this was then delivered to your neighbour.
You did contact us after delivery and voiced your concern regarding living in an area where parcels are often stolen however you failed to mention this to us or Dpd and also in your delivery portal you did not specify and delivery instructions.
Customers are fully in control of delivery nothing is set by natural strains concerning delivery customers can customise delivery options with Dpd and are also given a 1 hour delivery time slot with live updates.
We have raised a missing parcel dispute with Dpd having said that as delivery was attempted with no success and delivery was signed for by a neighbour you received an image of your parcel being delivered (next door) was also provided, the fact you failed to mention that parcels gave a tendency to go missing in your block of flats and also failed to mention not to deliver anywhere other than your selected address.
We believe the outcome will be Dpd did everything in there power to deliver with no answer at your property and did fulfil delivery (next door) with the door clearly shown in the image provided to you the claim will be unsuccessful in fact we our surprised Dpd accepted this as a dispute. Maybe try nocking at your neighbours and retrieving your parcel that wad delivered there is the best option!

We have now included our reply below after checking our email it seems you where unhappy with the amount you received; Hi I would just like to state my absolute disappointment in the ice rock I received…yes the one rock for £40!!
Weather you received 10 rocks or half of rock your item weighed above what your ordered. Ice rock is very compact and heavy this gives the impression of an incorrect weight much less is needed compared to hemp flower as the CBD percentage is much higher.
Our professional scales are calibrated each day to ensure weight is correct each order is double checked and guaranteed before being packed and shipped.
We would be happy to offer you a free 3.5 gram sample of moon rocks if you do decide to place another order in the future please reply using this email thread with your order number we would be happy to add some products to your order. Thanks
