We are sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Having checked with our customer services team they provided two delivery options to you: Standard Royal Mail with no tracking or signature, or a courier option with DPD.

There was some issues with stock after I placed my order, but customer services they communicated the issue promptly and have been quick to deal with my queries.

Great customer service
I set up a subscription for alive women's 50+ or so I thought I mistakenly set up for women's energy. Contacted customer service and they sorted it out with great efficiency and no fuss. Speedy dispatch and delivery.

I received my order very quickly
I received my order very quickly. I got an amazing price for a bulk buy option and when it arrived the product packaging was pristine and everything was exactly as expected. I have since set up their subscription re-order option and feel at ease that I will receive what I need. Thank you very much for your efficiency and value for money.

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your subscription. Having followed up with our customer services team, as soon as they received your email they cancelled your subscription straight away. Your subscription was set to trigger every month but the product you were ordering was a 2 month supply which is likely why you ended up with more stock than you needed.

I had been using Nature's Way chocolate…
I had been using Nature's Way chocolate slim right for many months until it wasn't available anywhere. I have searched the internet, tried your phone number, customer service to no avail. I finally gave up and bought a different brand that I don't like. All I want is an answer to my simple question..will I ever be able to buy this product ever again??!!
