Not stock rotating
I am been using this company for a couple of years and have always received my orders within a few days and the products usually have nearly a year or more on bbe date, however my latest order of 4 tubes only had 4 months bbe date and they also had an old label design on them. I think it is really important for a company selling products with bbe dates on them to have a proper stock rotation system in place, not sure if they found some old stock in the warehouse or these had been returned from somewhere else?

Thank you for your review. We can see from your most recent order that the stock you ordered has an expiry of end June 2024. As you ordered 4 packs, and they are a month's supply in each, they will last until end June. We have much smaller stock levels of this particular product and so ensure that our current stock is used before new stock arrives. Rest assured that we carefully monitor all stock and expiry dates and only send stock which can be used within the timeframe when ordered. Now disappointed after years of great service.
Shame that one product I’ve ordered for lots of years has been unavailable for around a year. No point remaining a subscription customer so may as well just purchase online when needed from whoever has the product. Disappointed after so many years.
