Disappointed

I have never received the order I placed. Still no idea where it is although I keep getting told it is at my local post office. My local post office have said that the tracking number I've been given isn't even one of theirs. The company have tried their best to track the parcel but it's clearly lost so they have offered me a 120% voucher to use or a 100% refund. I opted for the refund.

Therapearl ankle/wrist…

I bought the threrapearl ankle/wrist wrap with strap.it took over a month to deliver and that was after ringing them to see where my order went. It cost 45 euro and lasted less than 3 weeks before it started leaking. Definitely would not recommend this product.

I ordered oregano oil because IAM sick…

I ordered oregano oil because IAM sick ,for my health improvement. It's 2 months and nothing one answer we shipped another for you . Nothing arrived anyway I ask for refund keep you updated. For the future IAM not Gona order absolutely anything from them .

Absolutely dreadful. Do not go near this company.

Absolutely dreadful. Delivery time so protracted that the item ordered would have been of no use had it ever arrived - which it didn't. When it finally, allegedly, arrived in the UK, it was, again allegedly, handed over to Evri, with whom it sat for four days, though I had no communication from Evri to confirm its arrival. The next information from Shiprocket tracking, which all came up on the same day, followed the sequence "Delivery Exception", "at the local depot" twice, followed by "Return to sender". The online chat doesn't work; the customer helpline, allegedly in Manchester, manifestly isn't. On the helpline, I was told that "Local Depot" was the local post office, which it clearly wasn't. The company's transparent falsehoods are an insult to any customer's intelligence. This item has never been near the Post Office, though in a triumph of hope over experience, I did try there and the post master went through all the retained mail. I assume it's now on its way back to Delhi and I want my money back.

You get quality products

Don’t waste your money

It took over a month for my order to arrive, with no updates. Online chat does not work. Nor are telephone lines answered. If I never sent an email I would still be waiting.

Part of the order arrived, not even the full order and the product that did arrive had no instructions on how to use it. Do not order from them as it is not based in UK as per website

Exceptional service because my order…

Exceptional service because my order was despatched the next day. My only expectation was, that initially I thought my item was being delivered from Harrow (which your website states), but it was arriving from India. However, my package arrived after four working days.
