In part it's because we're in some of Europe's most beautiful locations - across Greece, Sardinia, Croatia and Turkey - and now Mauritius. All our activities are inclusive, likewise the delicious, locally sourced food. And in part it's because of how a Neilson holiday makes you feel. Our holidays are a unique alchemy; the enthusiasm of amazing guests and the dedication of equally amazing staff; a willingness to give it a go now and have a laugh about it later. We call it good energy and you'll feel it the moment you walk into any of our resorts.

I would like to put a window of dates…
I would like to put a window of dates and say 7 days within that window- the +/- didn't seem to work as well.as I hoped. Maybe just me
Also I would have liked to specify adult only - option dudnt seem to be there.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Rebooked within 4 weeks if returning from a great week with Neilson as a sole traveller in Sardinia. Totally recommend. Great experience.

Both the people I dealt with were helpful and informative.
Your rep was very helpful in keeping the booking overnight when my bank declined payment for some unknown reason .

Great activities
Great activities, tennis team were knowledgable and great fun too.
All staff throughout the resort are really friendly and we enjoyed the trip so much, we booked another Neilsons holiday whilst sitting at the airport to go home.

Bit glitchy
It was very hard to book on a phone and I had to switch to the computer. That was a bit annoying. Also, the lead name had to match the payment details and that’s not very sensible as the lead may not be the payer. Surely you could have the option to change the billing address. Again, had to restart the whole process because of that.
