Great service and product, highly recommend
About a month ago I ordered a Fractal Design Torrent case (FD-C-TOR1A-04) for around £230.
Delivery was super-fast as promised and the quality of the case was perfect. I've been using it for around a month and no issues whatsoever. Great company.

Excellent service. Bought a motherboard form them and when it arrived it had some minor cosmetic damage from the delivery company. Got a super quick response to email on a bank holiday when they were closed and they shipped out a replacement that was with me within 48h. Couldn't be happier.

Great Prices and Amazing Support
I was looking to upgrade my graphics card and found that Neo Computers had some of the best prices in the currently inflated GPU market. I usually order pc parts from some of the well known stores and had never heard of Neo Computers.
I decided to give them a call, but the line was busy. About 2 minutes later I got a call back from Paul (company director) saying sorry we missed your call and how can we help - now that's customer service!!!
Paul was very knowledgeable and went through the best upgrade options within my budget. I placed the order at 2pm and it was delivered the next day for free - this is the same for all orders!
I am extremely happy with the the price and great customer service. In future, I will always go to Neo Computers first for pc parts and accessories, and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service. After being fobbed by Currys/PC World, NeoComputers sourced parts and repaired my tablet within a few days. Would definitely recommend them to any one wanting any repairs done.

Fast shipping and good prices, an SSD I ordered came faulty from the manufacturer (sealed) but NeoComputers support were always responsive and helped walk through issues, eventually got a new fully working drive

What a Cool Business!
There was a supply issue with the PSU that I ordered and I was called minutes after placing the order to be informed of the mistake and was offered a better PSU for the same price. I was devastated when he told me because I had handpicked that specific PSU for my personal build, but Paul (I think) made sure I got exactly the same specs or better. It's nice to encounter retailers who know what they are talking about, it's rare these days!
To tell the truth, I was a little bit apprehensive to order from a business I had never heard of, but upon looking them up, I saw absolutely no red flags and only good reviews. They are all warranted, they made the whole experience flawless. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
