Smooth, a little lax on communication
The experience was great. Motherboard arrived in good postage condition. Fully boxed and the board itself perfect.
My only caveat was that after order confirmation, the communication went silent and only was notified when out on deliver, so I sweated for a moment.
Just a confirmation for that the order is being processed would of been appreciated with the money I had spent, but everything else was smooth.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of communication after placing the order, as we completely understand that it can be reassuring to receive updates, especially on higher-value purchases. For reference, our system automatically sends several emails throughout the order journey, including confirmation of payment, order processing, and dispatch, followed by tracking notifications from the courier once the parcel is on its way. It may be worth checking your spam/junk folder just in case any of these updates were filtered there.

Bad delivery but decent support and good product
Delivery was messed up and unclear I needed a pin as I was not given access to the DPD tracking number (please just provide this in future) but support was prompt and the delay mostly came from DPD. The motherboard itself has worked great for me.
