Must say I have been so impressed with Neon. Nothing is too much trouble and Adam offers fantastic advice with regards to kit fittings. The quality of Neon product whether Bat or Padding is industry leading. Highly recommended.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I needed specific bat stickers for a refurb which were out of stock so I ordered different ones. I was then contacted and told they could send the ones I wanted rather than the ones I ordered. Very good

Would Highly Recommend
Great service and communication on all the details regarding my order and bat refurbishment. Customer service was so friendly and keen to do everything they can to make sure my order went through smoothly. Delivery was quick (no longer than about a week) and I am so happy with everything I bought. Would highly recommend the switch to Neon Cricket because all the softs I bought are really comfortable and the ball absolutely flies of their cricket bats.

Excellent service, perfect bat
I ordered my bat on the Tuesday night/Wednesday morning and it had arrived by the Friday, after knocking it in an extra 4 hours I used it in the nets on the Sunday lunch time and I have to say it’s the best bat I’ve ever used, would 100% recommend neon to any cricketer looking to buy a new bat

Exceptional cricket brand
I can’t give Adam and his team at neon enough credit I’ve used them now for around 3 years and can’t fault a single item even after having my bat a year Adam still had one of my bats back for a miner repair i sent it off and was repaired and back to me before my next game. Great service. I’ll be using them for years to come. I’ve even converted quite a few mates over to neon too.
