Neonfilter Avis

Had a custom made neon. Used the onsite AI to design and it came out perfect . From design to placing the order to getting delivery took about 6 days including a weekend . That’s pretty fast , they even send you all the plans before making it so you know it’s what you want incase of changes . Ty great company 5 *****

We purchased a neon sign from this company in October 2024. After just 19 months of normal use, the plug/transformer failed, leaving the sign unusable.
When we contacted customer service, we were initially told the 12-month warranty had expired. When we pointed out our statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — which requires goods to be durable for a reasonable period — they cited their pre-dispatch QC records as evidence the fault wasn't inherent, and declined to offer any remedy.
For the sake of a £20 replacement part, they were unwilling to stand over their product. A decorative sign failing a core component in under two years is not acceptable, and the response from the company fell well short of what any customer should expect.
Disappointing experience and one I wouldn't want others to be unaware of.

I regularly use Neon Filter at my work for events & exhibition stands. The signs are always amazing quality, easy to assemble, and the colours are always super bright and light. Ellie is always fantastic to work with, she helps us get exactly what we need made each time we order with her, and we are always impressed by how quickly it arrives. Our latest order, we submitted our design on Thursday, paid and got design approval Friday, and sign has just arrived on Tuesday. We have also previously had custom-made acrylic backing for signs so that we can mount it hanging onto the sides of walls, they're always super flexible with our needs and happily design to accommodate what we need! Always very well-packaged when the signs arrive. We wouldn't use anyone else for neons!

Their website was easy to use and gave all the information you needed to order the correct item.
Delivery was within the timescale stated.

Excellent service, ordered a custom sign with a short deadline which they hit and the sign looks fantastic, would totally recommend.

Love my dimmer it’s great easy to use and creates a different ambiance ❤️ than you

Beware the 'speedy service'. I paid for an agreed delivery date. It didn't arrive on time, 2 days late. Turns out their speedy service is when they make the thing by, not when you get it.
Mis-sold.
Wouldn't recognise their failings
Wouldn't return the £90 paid

Fantastic product and very quick service

Great quality neon, quick production and very useful team members. Would definitely purchase again :)

Brilliant service and a great product. Turnaround from order to delivery was very quick. I liked the variety of font styles too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else !!

Bought a heart shaped neon sign and for what it cost I was most impressed with the quality of the product and the overall service from ordering to delivery. Good communications from the company at every stage.

The team have attention to detail and deliver.

These guys are amazing. I sent an enquiry for a bespoke neon sign to them on Tuesday. They quoted me the same day. I paid them on Wednesday and they made it for me to collect from their office on Thursday. This is exceptional service. The quality of the product is fantastic too and looks great in my office set up.

A big thank you to Ellie at Neon Filter.
