Neon Filter were excellent! We submitted our design for quotation, a member of the team called to check that the design was how we envisaged it would be. They were able to provide extremely helpful advice for the set up of the sign and the dimensions.
Now the sign has arrived and it's absolutely perfect! Just brilliant!

I'd received a NeonFilter creation as a present, so when I was thinking of something for my two sons' new house, they immediately came to mind. Even at my age [80] I found the website very easy to navigate, and placed my order. I was kept well updated on progress, including delivery, and all communications have been quick and friendly. Both the recipients and I were absolutely delighted with the results. Would buy again without hesitation.

The team were super responsive and helpful, which was particularly useful as we had a small issue with our original sign. The team got it replaced super quickly so I'm happy!

Initially a great clear and precise website. Helpful on the phone when asked a few questions. That's our second neon sign now and so far very pleased with them.Yes as others have highlighted the turnaround time could be a little quicker.

Great product and made nicely however the longevity it takes to get your order delivered is a bit long. Considering the price for a bit of cut out Perspex with some flexible led tape which cost us £150 odd
I think the turn around time could be better, when asking about delivery time I was told I could pay an additional £180 for a quick service which I wasn’t going to do.
We work in broadcasting and projects have to be completed on time, this one fell behind because of the slow service therefore I won’t recommend for that reason

Placed an order for custom made neon at 1:58pm paid £648.90 called the offices as asked this to be shipped out for a wedding as we are an events company and ours had blown.

Was told by the colleague who worked there Ellie who was very rude on the phone stating even though I clicked next day delivery wouldn’t be able to do as it’s 24 hours production. With this wanted to cancel the order she has refused to refund me even though the call was made at 1:59 1 minute after placing the order that it’s already in production even though they couldn’t do it and I wouldn’t receive until the Tuesday following week.

I am not one to write reviews but I found her attitude rude and not friendly at all.

Honestly avoid this company as the customer service is appalling!
