Neptune - Belfast Avis 

The Belfast Store is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Great staff so helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Neptune is my favourite interiors shop in Belfast to visit, it’s always styled beautifully and the quality of the furniture is second to none.
So I was excited to attend their table wreath making event. The staff in Neptune collaborated with vintage violet florists to create a truly magical evening. There was no expense spared with the amount and variety of foliage available for the wreath. The whole team were friendly and fun passing out endless Prosecco and hot chocolates from hotel chocolat. I’ve been to lots of wreath making events and I can honestly say that this was the most fun and best value for money. I hope they do it again next year 🥰

After our first visit to Neptune we knew it was the best choice for us. Many thanks to Stella and Kael for all their help from concept to completion of our kitchen. We eventually decided to undertake major structural work and enlarge the space. They always had time for us to call in and discuss changes to plans until we had our final layout confirmed. We received regular emails and updates from them throughout the process and the timeline given was followed exactly. Even all the various tradesmen on-site commented on the high quality of the kitchen. We are now thankfully at the end of our installation and are so happy that we chose Neptune.

Great service and excellent quality of product

Joe and the team at Neptune Belfast couldn’t have been more helpful. They were able to resolve a small issue I had with an online matter successfully and advise me on furniture timescales and even followed with fabric samples.

I would definitely recommend you stopping in as the showroom is gorgeous. I would also strongly suggest you place your order directly with the shop rather than online to benefit from their support and assistance.

The attention to detail and personal service at Neptune Belfast is the best I have ever experienced. Stella worked with me designing my kitchen, and was kind and patient all the way. I would highly recommend them. They made decisions easier, and of course the quality of production is exceptional. I also dealt with Joe, the manager, who was outstanding in his care and customer service.

Called in to Neptune Ormeau Road Belfast on a cold and rainy November morning. I was met by James with a big smile and a cup of hot mulled wine and a mince pie. Most welcome! All the staff are so friendly and informative. I left with a free candle after registering for the News letter and a free ceramic Christmas house with a small purchase. Such lovely experience. I was able to continue to use a brolly which is at least 10 years old. I have to say the quality of build is first class and really made to last.
We had thought we would need a brand new brolly and some were priced many hundred of Euros, while the replacement cover was less than €100. Fantastic value for money
