But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.

We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.

We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

moth infestation

The Bristol store as we speak has an infestation of moths they are not telling there customers of the likelihood they will buy something take it home and invest their own homes with the moths i have contacted the company they tell me they are aware of the problem but refuse to say what they are doing about it their doors are still open to customers so buyer be wear.

Workshop

I recently attended a fermentation workshop at Neptune. What an excellent event, made even better by the warm welcome from staff, the goody bag and the lovely cup of coffee they offered when I arrived.
It was a super morning in a relaxing setting and I learnt alot.

Excellent customer service Neptune Bristol store

The assistant in the Bristol store understood exactly what I wanted to order - 4 lampshades of various sizes and advised me accordingly she also helped me get my£20 discount which I was entitled to

From ordering with Bobbi at the Bristol…

From ordering with Bobbi at the Bristol store to delivery and assembly today the team have been polite, professional knowledgeable and amenable. Andre and Liam were so courteous and efficient from the call 30 mins before they arrived until departure. The product, in this case a grand Larsson wardrobe is beautiful but the people make it more so.

A New Kitchen

We recently installed a new kitchen with cabinets and design support from Neptune. Tahirah was our designer and I couldn’t speak more highly of her. She is extremely professional, and an excellent listener and problem solver.
Her calm and considerate approach as well as her obvious natural design talent made the process a great pleasure and the end result a beautiful kitchen.

Great Place To Shop

Whether you shop in store or on line service and quality of items are perfect and fabulous value for money.
In store staff are friendly and professional and always happy to support shoppers.
I would recommend Neptune whether you're looking for something for your home or a lovely gift.

Great Table !

We absolutely love our table. It’s well made and works in our space brilliantly! Everyone we dealt with in the Bristol shop were friendly respectful and as helpful as they could be. This was our problem , the staff just didn’t have the information at hand about the products they were selling. And it seemed really difficult for them to contact anyone in the company who did know. The same with the delivery process - a few brick walls were met along the way and if wasn’t for the tenacity of the staff in the shop - we would have given up trying to give them £2000!!!! The staff need phone contact with the product development team & more information about the products they sell! We managed in the end and we appreciated the offer to refund the delivery charge. I would definitely buy from this company again !

New Kitchen and Boot Room Consultation

The whole team at Neptune were fantastic. Tahirah, our kitchen designer, listened carefully to what we were looking for and offered very creative solutions which matched our requirements perfectly. Having answered all our questions, we left feeling confident and excited about the design and layout we settled on and highly recommend Neptune to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We visited the Bristol Neptune store…

We visited the Bristol Neptune store and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We are looking for a new kitchen dresser and Tilly assisted us with designs and paint colour options and was so knowledgeable about the products. Very impressed such a beautiful store and we are coming back to Bristol soon to place an order with Tilly and discuss kitchen ideas . 5 out of 5 highly recommend Neptune Bristol if you are looking for inspiration. Would like to buy everything in the shop it’s all so gorgeous.

Job well done

We drove up to the Bristol showroom and met with Rachel the designer and her assistant Sophie. It didn't take too long to choose the style of kitchen from the choice there (we chose a mixture of styles) and then the layout. It's a very small kitchen so not much space for being inventive but the beautiful curved cupboards at opposite ends work well, look beautiful and add a lovely designer touch. We visited Bristol again and to-ed and fro-ed a bit with ideas and arrived eventually at a lovely design. A beautiful design book was presented so we had plenty of time to look and look again and check that it was exactly what we wanted. Neil was involved when we got closer to the fitting and was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. When the day came, all the cupboards, shelves, lights, cooker, hob, dishwasher, wine cooler arrived boxed up and Alex spent three and a bit days installing it all- great care was taken and a splendid chap to work with - the work top space was laser measured then and fitted seamlessly shortly afterwards. Louise then came and did the Neptune painting finish and I could then start working in the kitchen.

There was always someone to respond to an email or twelve and phone calls were dealt with quickly. I very soon got the confidence that Neptune would do its utmost to make the journey as easy as possible for me.

Were there any surprises: Yes...a couple of clever design bits in the drawers and shelves that just delight me every time I use or look at them - I was a little cautious about spending so much on something I wasnt sure would work but it has been brilliant and I would not hesitate to take Rachel's advice on things like this in future.
