Neptune - Bury St Edmunds Avis 

The Bury St Edmund’s branch of Neptune is lovely , from the welcoming staff to the relaxing atmosphere & their knowledge is brilliant . I have been served by Lucy & Sarah & spoken to several others , But it wouldn’t matter who , they look after you so well .

I recently purchased an Aldwych Console Table from Neptune, and although I was initially disappointed to discover that the table had been reduced in price shortly after my purchase, the way Neptune handled my enquiry completely exceeded my expectations.

Jamie contacted me promptly and dealt with the situation with genuine professionalism, understanding and kindness. The price difference was refunded without any fuss, demonstrating a level of customer service that is increasingly rare.

The Aldwych Console Table is beautiful, and Neptune’s willingness to honour their price match policy has reinforced why they have such an excellent reputation. Rather than leaving me feeling disappointed, they turned the experience into a very positive one.

In today’s retail environment, exceptional customer service deserves to be recognised. Thank you to Jamie and the wider Neptune team for your fairness, professionalism and customer-focused approach. I would not hesitate to recommend Neptune to family and friends, and I look forward to shopping with them again.

We've had a couple of deliveries from Neptune in the last couple of weeks. The process has been first rate throughout. Sales, customer service and delivery team has been polite, efficient and we have been confident throughout. Dave and Steve arrived promptly at the agreed time for the delivery. They ensured a minimal level of disruption when delivering the furniture to the required room. They were very careful with my property and all packaging was taken away. They were extremely polite. Would recommend.

Liz was extremely helpful as were the other staff. The store was well laid out and beautifully dressed. There were no high pressure sales techniques but Liz was always available to provide really helpful advice when needed.

A fantastic experience overall and would thoroughly recommend.

Staff at the Bury store were so helpful and lovely to myself and my Grandparents who I was visiting the store with. We came away with quite a few purchases and should be back in the next week or so, for the items we were mulling over.

Andre & Liam delivered our goods on time, were very professional when phoning ahead of the delivery time slot, were very professional when putting together the furniture and took away the boxes. Very pleased with not only their service but the service we received in the store ( Bury St Edmunds) when purchasing the table.

Came into the store this afternoon to collect some items we had on hold and have a browse.

All the team were friendly and so helpful, as they always are. Nothing was too much effort for them and were even offered a cup of tea (which we of course accepted.)

Having visited a number of kitchen design showrooms we were particularly impressed with Neptune Bury St Edmunds. Rebekah was excellent at bringing our thoughts together with really great design ideas and finishing touches.
Extremely happy with the finished product, great quality and all the Neptune team were helpful throughout. Big thanks to Rob for overseeing the project and Steve who fitted the units.
