Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. That’s where our philosophy – a different perspective – comes in. Three words that sum up our entire reason for being.

We do what we do because we believe our designs can make your life that little bit happier, easier and better.
We do that with honesty, rigour and kindness, using the best materials, the most trustworthy of techniques, surrounded by people who genuinely care about creating things that are timeless. And we always lead with heart.
We’re a British-born and raised interiors and lifestyle brand who design and make furniture, lighting and accessories for your whole home.

Had a fantastic day at the Neptune store attending the Becky Wilkinson cookery event. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and Becky was an absolute delight. Will definitely return to the store with friends to attend a future Becky Wilkinson event.

The staff are so friendly
The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is kept immaculately and very inspiring. We have used the paint in our home with beautiful calming colours.

I visited the Neptune Chesham store…
I visited the Neptune Chesham store today for the Becky Cooking Event. It was absolutely amazing!!! I’m so full and have some amazing food recipes now because it was all delicious. The staff are so kind and friendly in this store the only Neptune I will ever go to!!!!

I attended their event with Dilly Carter which was wonderful. I have also attended cooking events in the past. The shop is such a beautiful space to host events and th me staff are super helpful.

Beautiful space, lovely events
Visited Neptune’s Chesham store for an event with Dilly from BBC’s Sort Your Life Out. What a beautiful space, really friendly staff and loads of amazing interiors inspiration and products. The event itself was really good with delicious food and drinks, so will be keeping an eye out for other events in the store too!

The bar stools are beautifully made and the two gentlemen who delivered them were very efficient, informative and polite. The bar stools were wrapped well and therefore well protected. The lady in the shop was also very helpful and attentive. Neptune is my first choice in home style and products. Beautiful and stylish. You get what you pay for.

Chesham Store, staff excellent …
When we entered the store the staff were so friendly without over powering you. We enjoyed looking around and the staff answered questions we had without trying to sell us something. The store is amazing and we were offered a drink as we had travelled quite far to get there. My husband gave in and bought me the clovelly dinner set. The staff were so helpful, everything beautifully wrapped with care. A special mention to Sarah, Patsy, and Emily Grace who were working that day, not only were they very king but also recommended us a lovely restaurant to eat at.
Thank you ladies it turned out to be a perfect purchase and a perfect meal. Samantha N

Lovely inspiring shops with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Surely this is the retail experience pinnacle! Yes it is expensive but i feel it is worth every penny.
