My nets was just perfect sizeing was spot on n efficient delivery

My first time ordering net curtains on line and I was a little anxious that the measurements would be a problem.

The curtains were made to measure and I also ordered an extendable spring loaded rod to hold the nets in the window opening.

I simply had to measure the width and height of the window, enter the information on the website and within a couple of weeks the curtains arrived. I’m very impressed with the quality of the items supplied.

The curtain rod was quickly fitted and the made to measure nets are perfect.

Not cheap but I’m delighted with the quality of the fabric and the craftsmanship of the finish. Very professional.
I didn’t know the voile curtains would be weighted as it didn’t mention this on the website that I could see, so it was a nice surprise. Also didn’t realise that curtain hooks would be provided.
I would have preferred the option to have pinch pleats rather than pencil pleats but the pencil pleats look lovely over my French Windows.
The instructions and curtain hooks were inside the second packet of curtains that I opened, so I missed them!
Nevertheless, I have to say I’m really pleased.

The colour of the net is not white it is blue. I rang them to question them regarding this to be told that they have changed the dye on some.of their products and I should have asked for a sample. Really disappointed

I found it easy to order the nets, just measured my windows, filled in the details online, added a few extra details such as did I want them hemmed at the sides and then was quoted a price. Once my order was placed I received an email to say the estimated date they would be delivered. Once they were dispatched I could track the order via Royal Mail, this was within 48hours. My nets fit perfectly and I am very pleased with them. Another order will certainly be placed again soon.

I ordered three curtains, two of which were supposed to be white, but they arrived with a noticeable blue tint. After ONE gentle hand wash to remove the blueish tint two curtains shrank in length and one - the stitching unraveled at the top, which was very disappointing for a new product.

When I contacted customer service, they referred me to their non-return policy for made-to-measure items and the disclaimer about the fabric dye, but did not really address the quality issue. I wanted to provide photos and asked for a refund for that one curtain with poor stitching (still waiting for the reply). Overall I am dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service and hoping, that after seeing this review - they will issue a refund.

My new curtains are amazing. The quality is much better than I expected for the price I paid. It was so simple to order, with a guide to help me with the sizes I needed. Delivery was very quick. All my curtains were a perfect fit on my windows, pattern was as described and colour (white) is spot on. I would highly recommend this company for there ease of ordering and quality of goods received.

I have originally posted a negative review as the voiles I have received didn’t meet the quality you would expect.

After posting a review, customer service contacted me via email and requested a proof of how the voiles were looked like. After me providing the pictures, I have had response that they will redo the both voiles for me and post via post office first class with provided tracker in the email without any extra cost for me.

I have to say everyone is human and we all can make mistakes and I am extremely glad that they have fixed this without any hassle and actually showed how much they care and want their business to do well.

Now to the main point. My new voiles arrived in one day, so replacement and shipping was done in less than 24hrs. The voiles excellent quality, without any marks or labels on them and very well made.

I agree if you hit any issues I would suggest to contact them directly and give a chance to fix this as looks like they will do all their best to put things right for you as they really care.

Partial refund received with thanks after discussing further with customer service.

Voile curtain made 11mm longer than dimensions requested. This was an urgent project so had to alter on site to suit. I emailed Net Curtains Direct explaining the issue asking for a partial refund to allow for this inconvenience and they have effectively told me they cannot help without images as 'proof' indicating that I am lying. Very poor customer service, do not use if you want good reliable company. Awful.

i have dealt with this company over the years and still to day on my recent order they are efficient in their dispatch and well made curtains.nice people to deal with and products are very good in pricing.No doubt i will deal with them again in the future when needed.
