The process of my uncontested divorce was smooth and hassle free, I really didn’t want to have to visit court for any reason and gratefully I didn’t need to, everything was submitted through email and I was able to login any time to follow along with my case. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for getting it done in a short time.

The initial process getting things going was bumpy, to say the least. Partially due to my Ex-husband being incarcerated, partially due to the phase one contact being abrasive and not very helpful. The prison was being difficult, sitting on paperwork, giving me the wrong information, etc. Then trying to get updates on what was going on, or if I had to reach out to the prison again, or to do anything else, was like pulling teeth. Once I got to phase two and had Kim as my primary contact, everything started getting done quickly and efficiently. She was amazing and so very helpful, every little obstacle that was encountered, was overcome due to her help and determination. If not for the issues with phase one, I would have given a 5 star rating.

The process was fairly easy and quick. They Submitted all the paperwork to court within a month.
My review is based on the firsthand information regarding the estimate time to get it done for you.
The website offers you a quick and easy process with a wait time of 4weeks to 3months. However it took about 5months to get it finalized. I understand every court it’s different, It’s an uncontested divorce with no assets or attachments so you would think it would be faster but it isn’t, takes patience.
If you okay with waiting this is the right place for you, they make the filing pretty easy, available and economic. But if you wish to expedite this process, an in person lawyer and firm would most likely help you out get it done sooner, but costly.
Other than the waiting times, I would like to share my experience with the team.

I have to say this process was a little more involved than I first thought it would be, but every time I had a question or concern it was answered immediately. All in all it was a great experience and the staff was amazing and helpful! I recommend this to anyone, just expect it to take more time for the whole process to complete, although most of the time was waiting for the judge to sign off!
