Absolutly HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
First of all, some of The items I ordered were out stock! second....they do not give you a estimated time for delivery. Third....after hours of waiting delivery guy DOES NOT ring the buzzer... But calls my phone, that I had in the other room... But still did not ring the buzzer! Than I call them and the man tells me ill send it again, 2 hours later... ITS NOT HERE!!! the worst experience ever. Do not waste your money!

We are quite surprised to see a negative review for about a service that was never completed because the delivery address provided was in accurate. Let us explain more.
You claim “some of the items I ordered were out stock!” We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience out of stocks can cause. Before dispatching your order we attempted to call you twice on the number you provided to offer you substitutes for the out of stock items. You always had an option to refuse the substitution. In this case you never responded to either of our calls. We waited for 30 minutes before dispatching your order with the substitutes; Customers still would have an option to refuse the substitutes and we would have refunded the for the items refused.

The delivery address provided to us stated that the APT number was “APT $”. Our delivery person was not able to find any buzzer with “$” sign on it so he had to call you, we attempted to call you on the phone provided us. We don’t believe it’s our fault that your phone was in the other room. Our delivery person waited at your unanswered door for 20 minute before moving on to the next delivery on his schedule.
As per our conversation we did attempt to make a second delivery but due to ongoing protests on the street the roads were block and our delivery vehicle could not make it to your place. Again we tried to call you to explain the situation and reschedule the delivery but we got your voicemail again.

We are sorry for the kind of experience you had, In this case we made every attempt possible to deliver your order and communicate. We certainly cannot do much when delivery address is inaccurate, customer does not answer the phone.

Hello Connor, Thank you for your kind words, we deliver to doorman when instructed to do so by the customer, however we cannot leave your order with your doorman if your order includes age restricted products such as beer, tobacco or medicines.

Quick and courteous Service
I placed my order at 9:30 AM. Got a call that one of the items that I ordered was out of stock at 9:45 AM, they apologized for it and offered me a substitute item. I received my order by 10:30 AM.
The delivery person was very pleasant and bought all the product right into my kitchen.
Overall a great experience.
P.S. I take away a star as they did not have everything I ordered.

Speedy delivery inspite of bad weather
When I chatted online with their online chat "chatty" I was given an estimate of 60~90mins. I skeptical that my order can be delivered that quickly but I placed my an order for a few beers, chips and ice cream. My order was delivered in 90 mins. Not only that the delivery person waiting till I confirmed I had received everything I order. oh! and there was one item out of stock for which they called me and offered a substitute. Overall it was a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Being Thanksgiving these guys delivered my order on time. They were my party saver. Produce was great and the order was delivered as expected. I would definitely us their service and recommend to others.

Effecient, helpful, prompt, cost effiective
This is a great service for someone visiting in New York; as we have an apartment rented, we need groceries but don't really want to spend time shopping for them. This service had a great range of products to make our stay more home like, leaving us with plenty more time to explore the great city of New York,

Great service, reasonable prices for the convenience!
Courteous, friendly, reliable and quick. Minor issues have been dealt with "the customer is always right." Can't say enough good things about this company. Biggest selection of Beer in the city hands down. Rough weather, always count on them to deliver!!

the online ordering was quick and easy buy the prices were a little high.
I was able to order beer and groceries together and it was really convinent, Even though the price was a little higher than I would have liked.

Saved my friends a lot of time and energy!
They were amazing. Not only was I on crutches, my building buzzer was not working. I asked them to please provide me with an estimated time of delivery and have the driver call me 20 minutes before delivery to allow me time to hobble down two flight s of stairs. They did it without fail!

They have the basic necessities and are able to delivery quickly
Although not everything will be in stock, they will call before they make any substitutions. I have use them on multiple occasions and they are very reliable and quick.
