I found the courses with next step beauty extremely enjoyable. The way everything is set out so clearly and easy to understand. Very helpful advice and tips every step of the way. Easy to get in contact with if you have a problem. The tutorials are clear and you have lifetime access to them. I’ve often returned to them to refresh myself if I haven’t done something for a while. All in all I’ve really enjoyed my journey with next step beauty.

The course in general is good. I fell behind with a payment, Farenough wack on extra £30 fee, which did not know at time they would do this so only had the course fee in bank not that plus £30 fee.

I actually can not access the course that was paid off ages ago, so you lose everything. I cannot afford £60 upfront, n there ain’t an option to to pay instalments either.

I contacted them back, misunderstanding on my part…..they was very helpful and helped me out, I should have gone straight to them. I am well chuffed about the courses I undertook, I will be booking another.

I started my beauty industry journey with Next Step Beauty (in person training) in 2017 and over the years I have invested in several of their online courses. I love being able to learn at my own pace and watch videos again and again to improve my technique. Victoria is an excellent video presenter and always explains what you should and shouldn’t do and why. Delighted to have passed my Builder in a bottle course, given that there’s so much demand for this service nowadays. Next Step Beauty always have their finger on the pulse and provide in demand courses. Highly recommend.

The content provided is quite good, same as what you'd find in traditional beauty schools. I appreciate that it's offered online, making it more accessible. Additionally, the prices seem very reasonable for accredited qualifications, which enable me to obtain insurance for my business. Overall, it appears to be a valuable option for those pursuing a career in Beauty area.

This course was perfect for me to learn in my own time around family life and work. The training videos and workbook help to understand what is needed and how to complete the treatment.

Very good course, easy to follow & understand. Flows very nicely with the actual treatment. The video is easy to follow. I would have liked a little more explanation of how top decide what size of shield to use. For example what effect each shield gives. But a very easy to follow course. Thank you

Great course's many to choose from great prices and so much information and understanding, videos are great for learning and very informative unlike most other courses that give you the basics Victoria gives you her professional advice and best tips along with how to provide the best service for any beginner thank you so much this course has been amazing.

It was a great informative course, where for me with my learning style enjoyed the video as well as the reading elements of the coursework. Then having a test after each chapter ensured I had taken everything in. The only disappointment was that I didn't receive an email to say I'd passed. It was only by coincidence that I logged into my online portal to search for other courses that I saw I had a certificate.

From my first submission of a workbook I am very please on the quick response and outcomes, I would say that when a Ticket is raised and you are not able to progress until your query has been answered, 72 hours is a bit too long to wait, the workbooks and video tutorials are excellent, I think Next Step are doing a great job so far.

Amazing training and victoria is always there when you need anything

The course was easy to access and had all the resources I needed to complete the course. The had a very clever way for me to submit the practical side of the exam, I would highly recommend.
