Quality, Trust and Supportive Customer Service
I have switched from purchasing all my health care products from brick & mortar health food stores to ordering online using NHC. NHC stocks every product I need and I trust the quality of their services and products! Early on, I had a few struggles navigating the system, but customer service was so helpful. The struggles were entirely of my own inexperience. That is why I mention this…because customer service was so supportive and friendly. Ai did things fast and not in a way that was helpful. Then it said my case would be seen by a human and it wasn’t. My subscription was cancelled instead of my order. I never asked for my subscription to be cancelled.
