Just a brief but top rated review of nick tart ironbridge. The property sale was handled from start to finish in the most professional and efficient manner. All staff had time for me on the telephone and never failed to return a call. I can't thank them enough for how they dealt with the sale through these very challenging times. Very bad service, unprofessional and rude. After doing everything they asked and paying the £360 fees and providing a guarantor and having all checks carried out to a "satisfactory standard".We were told we could not have a tenancy with no real explanation. We had lost our fees and there's nothing we can do about it. I didn't want to give one star but had no choice as wanted to leave a review, so others can see what they are like.
