I love this company they are awesome. We had a little miss understanding that was my fault but they got me straightened out and even rushed my order to me. They are great would highly recommend buying from them.

This is regarding my second purchase from NVG. The item was an AGM PVS-14 Gen 2 Level 2 (green phosphor) night vision unit.

My original order was for the 51 degree FOV unit, but due to an issue on the manufacturing side, NVG gave me the option of going with the standard 40 degree unit, offering me a free upgrade to White Phosphor Level 2. I accepted and have been very happy with that decision.

Throughout the process, NVG has been very responsive, replying to my inquiries within the same day.

Based on this and my previous purchase, it's pretty clear that NVG will go above and beyond to make a customer happy.

Sent junk, thermal scope had major issues. tried calling several times, after being on hold for 10minutes or so rolled over to voice mail. Finally answered email but not until 30 return policy expired. Got a replacement from ATN but have no confidence in this unit and wanted to return it for refund but they said the 30 day return window gone. Very poor customer service!

As advertised. OK price. New in box. The preliminary sales questions that I had e-mailed were answered the following work day by phone. There was zero bad in this transaction. It would have been nice to have NVG recommend a few extra batteries to go with the two that were included in the package.

They had exactly what I wanted and the ordering was very easy.

Although we got off to a rocky start (due to a manufacturer's ridiculously optimistic release date) NVG answered my questions along the way and were very reassuring. In the end they included a little bonus for my long wait. Definitely a good company to deal with.

So far the transaction has been easy, just purchased the AGM Rattler TS35 package after looking online for a few months and watching the reviews. I had to call in to customer service with some help with an order and they were super helpful and friendly, from the time I got on the phone until I was done and product ordered under 10 minutes. Awesome service.

This is a great company to order from I've placed several orders from them for thermal scopes best prices I have found coupon codes didnt work but talked to them on the phone and they applied them over the phone so no big deal and where these reviews are coming from and the terrible customer service I haven't experienced that at all always responded within the day I also returned a scope and it somehow it disappeared dont know who was at fault the ups store or what but nightvisionguys are the ones who made it right so they are who is going to get the applause from me a little hiccup in the return and those things happen no matter who the company is but the way they handled it was very satisfactory top notch company from my experience I definitely recommend them to anyone
