Great sevice

I have seen poor reviews concerning customer service and returns, Not my experience. The item I ordered was damaged in sealed packaging. My email was answered within 24 hours l, return postage label attached and the replacement arrived a couple of days after the return was delivered. No quibble replacement of an expensive item. Will definitely use Nippy Norman's again.

Customer Service not as quick as some, what a shame :(

Took delivery of a faulty item just before heading off for a trip so asked by email (3) for some help in getting the issue resolved urgently. NN responded some 24 hours later by providing a returns label but unfortunately it means I will not have the item for the trip. A bit disappointing, let’s hope the refund goes through without any difficulty.

Excellent exchange service

I completely got my order wrong (even though the site made it quite clear) and they made it really easy to exchange for the right parts and settle the cost difference with PayPal.

Recently ordered a sat nav lock from them, great service, great communication, excellent product and fast delivery. I have used Nippy Normans on numerous occasions and they have always been helpful and efficient. I would recommend them to all.

NN service goes downhill.

I have ordered a few items from NN recently, their service has gone downhill significantly compared to the past.

Shipping is slow, NN insist of using the post office which no longer cares about delivery time either, so all in all it now a bad experience buying from NN.

Terrible service

Wrong part received, made a complaint which was ignored for 24 hours. Tried to call, phone goes directly to answerphone. I return the part and a week later I am still waiting for the part. Emails and calls still being ignored. The only point of contact is a Facebook group which say they can not help with sales. It would have only taken an apologetic email and a quick response to turn this around but no. Terrible service, incompetent goods out staff and a truly ignorant customer service. I’ll never use again and will be spreading the word.

What I ordered and what I received….

Made a mistake and didn’t read the reviews before buying from this shop online, ordered a Wurth chain lube and a Wurth Brake and chain cleaner, but instead of what I have ordered, I have received a brake cleaner when I paid for a brake and chain cleaner as advertised and that says on the receipt also.
I have asked the seller what happened and why they send me the wrong product.
Anyway, after a long conversation over emails he sent me a return label, obviously have no time for that.
So I’m just another unhappy costumer.

Customer service at its best

I've been buying bits, here and there, from NN since 2018 and haven't experienced any problems. Until recently. I received a Wunderlich item that didn't fit my R9T (no fault of NN btw), and NN offered to exchange it for an updated version at no extra cost to me, despite this updated item being £50 more expensive. IMO, that seems like pretty decent customer service.

Having purchased a headlight protector…

Having purchased a headlight protector from NN, I discovered that it won't fit my BMW R1250 GS that has an OEM fog light bar fitted by BMW. After many back and forth emails, photos etc. NN finally agreed that it came be returned. So, I have returned and now I can't get any response from NN about my refund or even confirmation that they have received the return. As an on-line only business and their stated "offering you great service", they fall way short of doing this. As more and more businesses head to the on-line business model, NN have a lot to learn about customer experience and based on my experience with them, I will not be going back to them for any future parts for my new BMW.

Poor customer service

For the second time what I class as extremely poor response from this company. I sent them the following e-mail, "Just taken delivery of Motohansa BMW Pro Series Tool Set which on the web page (sorry not allowed to inc. the web page) show includes a multifunction tool (Knife). This kit did not contain said knife and it's not listed. Is the knife part of the kit as the picture suggests? Thier response, "David
Sorry – no multi tool in the set.

Pessima esperienza

E' la prima volta che ordino da questa ditta ma non lo farò mai più. Hanno un bel sito web e questo è proprio ciò che mi ha ingannato. Solo dopo ho scoperto che questa gente di fatto non esiste nemmeno, non hanno neppure un ufficio. E' sufficiente guardare le foto su Google Maps: all'indirizzo da loro indicato esiste solo un magazzino per la gestione degli stock in outsourcing! Ho speso più di 370 euro ma non mi arriva nulla e la cosa grave è che questi truffatori (ovviamente) non hanno nemmeno un numero di telefono da poter chiamare o un customer service. Si rendono completamente irreperibili e non contattabili. Putroppo io sono lontano e questo è un problema, ma domani mi metterò in contatto direttamente con la polizia inglese per fare una denuncia.

Great products and service

Both my brother and I have had first class service of quality products for our BMWs over the last 2 years. I was shocked to see so many poor reviews. Recently I purchased Wunderlich screen and during the fitting I dropped a small Rubber washer into the darkest realms of my bike. I contacted NN and got a reply the same day Advising me that a replacement was in the post. NO charge. Does service get any better than this.
All my ordered goods have arrived promptly and in good condition.
I can't see companies like Wunderlich would continue dealing with a company if they were not offering good customer service.
I agree their web site could do with an update but I've seen worst.
I have noticed that recently there are many products on sites including Amazon that are either out of stock or have longer than normal waiting times. I recently waited 5 months for a cross trainer all due to the dreaded Covid. Many sites also take 5-7 working days to reply to emails.
Any way for me NN are great.

Attention non-serious site for ordering products! they have nothing in stock works with your money because they wait for you to order to buy later they do not have a store but work from home! believe in the comments you will waste your time! I placed an order in December me still not received the goods do not respond to the mail it is a disaster not serious and badly honest! there is a choice for DENALI, WUNDERLICH ETC products from more serious competitors I have just ordered from ABIKETHING without problem you can also see IXTEM MOTO or STREET MOTO PIECE. once again CAUTION NOT SERIOUS DISASTER

Appalling Customer care / Focus

I Placed an order on Friday evening and quickly realised realised it was incorrect (wrong colour) and from that point Nippy Normans showed their complete lack of customer care or concern. First thing the following morning I attempted to contact them to amend the order, but surprisingly they do not have any phone numbers so cannot be contacted by phone. I therefore sent an email and completed their contact form, throughout the day I did not receive a reply or response. Two days later I sent a further email and waited. Several hours later I received an email stating they would “try” to find the order and change it and they would get back to me to confirm that. I did not receive any confirmation, however several hours later I received an order confirmation for the wrong order and a tracking number. This company do not have an effective customer services department, they do not have a facility to contact them directly or urgently and their responses to any issues is beyond slow. They have a good selection of products but thats where it stops. I would avoid buying from this company if you can. Sometimes things go wrong, and when they do, Nippy Norman’s aren’t bothered.

Placed an order 13th December 2020, I've still not received the item. 2 emails sent and no reply. There doesn't appear to be a phone number to ring either. would be nice for them to at least acknowledge that they have received my email

I would highly recommend them.topbox rack engine crash bars,fender extender,tank pad,panniers protection,looking at rear crash bars next.I dealt with Wunderlich direct in Germany last year when I had engine bars fitted to my k1600gtle while in shindig,fantastic service.l recommended the company to my mate who has a 14plate rd,the again

I purchased OptiGlanz Stainless Steel…

I purchased OptiGlanz Stainless Steel cleaning solution 250 ml, however product failed to clean my down pipes but has stained my exhaust can, I emailed NN twice of which I received no response.
This shows from other comments that they dont care about customers, hello and wake up they are your bread and butter NN.
However with GB companies more and more showing this kind of contempt and attitude is the reason why they go bankrupt!

Bought an oil/filter kit for my BMW…

Bought an oil/filter kit for my BMW R1250R which was delivered promptly. I needed also the oil filter wrench which they advertise as being 76/12. This is incorrect - a 76/14 is necessary. Having sent NN an email to request the correct filter wrench, the email was ignored.
A company quick to take the money but slow to respond with a genuine query.
