Niven & Joshua Avis 

First time I have bought from Niven & Joshua, so contacted them first to see if item was in stock. Got quick replies to questions and found them very easy to deal with. I purchased the item and it was delivered super quick. Great service and would buy from them again.

My purchase is for a friend for Christmas who may never had tried any of the products shown on the web site so clearly I am at present unable to rate the actual products performance but as for delivery, I cannot fault the service offered nor the price.

A very fast delivery and kept upto date with order status.
First time I have used them and very impressed.
Now my go to site for shaving cream and toothpaste.

Everything was just fine, although the delivery rate to France is high.

4/5 because I think Niven & Joshua are lacking a personal touch. I felt like I was dealing with a computer interface only, as if everything was automated. Was unsure if I did have a problem, would I get just an automated response and nothing else? More human interaction may be a benefit.

This was my first order and very impressed, a great range of products, ordering was straightforward and arrived within days. Would definitely use age.

My purchase arrived promptly and I was contacted to say it didn't really need gift wrapping, as it was already in a gift box, so would I like my money refunded for the requested gift wrap! This was done promptly. They then made certain it caught the first class post to arrive in quick time. Great company to deal with!

I am absolutely addicted to the Sanctuary products. They are all so amazing and make your skin feel and look really soft. I think the prices are fine for the quality and are well worth it! I buy the products for all my female relatives, who now love them too. Whenever I order, the products usually arrive the next day. Would thoroughly recommend.

I miss some Brands

Very fast service, would buy from Niven and Joshua again.

The product, hanz de fuko claymation, not as good as quicksand. Quicksand is literally the only product I have found to give my hair a truely matt (no shine whatsoever) look. I just hope they never discontinue it.

Not only was the delivered product excellent but the service and product knowledge on the phone was second to none. I will definitely purchase again!

Placed my order on a Monday and my product arrived on Wednesday!! I was expecting it to come on Friday or the week after. Really impressed with the quick turn around, I will be using you guys again!

My initial delivery took longer than expected to arrive and to my disappointment when it did arrive the order was completely wrong and for someone else. After contacting customer service they offered thier apologies and sent out the order once more via signed for service. This arrived and all was correct. The MD even sent me a personal email apologising for the error which was most appreciated. Not the best first experience but sorted in the end.
