package of parcel was good but the delivery status did not show on time for client to follow up

38 days and counting, 17 emails later still no product.

Down approximately £200 will nothing to show for it.

I ordered several shafts and some ferrules to the UK, waited a couple of weeks and checked the shipping information. Never even reached the shipping company.

After multiple emails between me and customer service, the goods were allegedly being returned to the company and I was told they would be sent out again.

It has now been another week since that point and I have heard nothing.

Beyond awful logistics, service communication at this point has been lie after lie.

Do not use this company, I certainly never will again. If anyone knows of a decent company that sells golf shafts please let me know.

Terrible service ... AVOID!!!

This has been my worst online shopping experience. I paid for my golf clubs three weeks ago although the website promised delivery within 6–7 days.

Moreover, the clubs are on the way to Northern Ireland instead of London!!!

Customer support replies take several days and are vague and unhelpful.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.

Value for money, only downside was expensive delivery cost

They are Swedish based and their distribution is shocking! 16 days of waiting for my order. No idea where it is and whether it would have turned up. Requested cancellation and refund.
Ordered elsewhere , it arrives tomorrow.
Stupid mistake using this company.

Appalling delivery time. Ordered on 5th July, told order was on its way, then nothing as at 31st July. Asked for refund and have not received a reply.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Golfversand. Wissen nicht ob oder wann sie geliefert haben. Können keine Sendungsverfolgung geben. Anfragen werden, wenn überhaupt, erst nach 2 - 3 Tagen beantwortet. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Muß Paypal für die Rückerstattung meines Geldes einschalten. Laßt bloß die Finger weg!!!!

I came across this company when I was looking for a new shaft for my Ping G30 driver. The various alternatives available on the web site were a bit overwhelming so I contacted their customer service team by email for advice. Martin responded and walked me through the process to get the appropriate option. The experience was painless and I found Martin to be patient and very helpful. Having decided on the shaft I took a quick look at Trustpilot and was really surprised and disappointed with the low ratings the company had been given. I asked Martin about it and he promised that if I ordered the product it would be with me within 7 days. Based on my good experience with him I ordered the shaft and it was delivered late on the next afternoon. I have to say that, for me, the experience was not at all like some of those others described. I am really happy with the whole process and the shaft. Five stars – thank you Martin and Nordicagolf.

RUBBISH

Delivery was after the date I should have received it, The sticky grips weren’t stick + worth the £280. Had them before + used them daily for 18 months never lost there stickiness. These from day 1 were rubbish

Emailed + the few replies I got took ages been trying to sort this for 6 weeks with no resolution.

I want to return them, there no good to me + get a full refund but no response or reply

Arrived within the time frame, assembly looks good so far. Overall a good experience.

2 weeks to be told club out of stock. Terrible company and communication. Waste of time. Asked for refund. Probably wait 1 year for it. Never again will I shop here again. Hope people read this and stay clear.

Its been 1 month and product still not arrived. Joke of a company. Do not waste your time.

The item has not arrived! No sensible update so I’ve requested a full refund and am waiting for confirmation that this is being processed. Worst experience from any online retailer.

This is the worst golf company buy far I would never buy anything from them ever again I placed an order of golf balls a month ago now and they still haven’t turned up no one gets back to my emails they are useless stay away from these

Ordered a golf bag 10 days ago, still has not arrived and the company have ignored 3 emails to chase. The tracking status still says order prepared (since 2 days after order) so it hasn't even been shipped and I believe they aren't even UK based. AVOID!!!
