Personable & efficient
Dealer Principal answered my initial call at the weekend and that was the beginning of a good experience. Dealt with Jonathon in buying a car and he made the process very smooth. There was a small, unexpected issue when I went to collect. I believe you can tell much about a business with how they react to the unforeseen. Always wanted an Audi and so at 62 decided to treat myself!!. Bought a car from the Bournemouth Road branch, great communication and no hard pressure to buy, responded to any questions I had promptly and honestly. Decided to buy the car so they sent it for a service and noticed a minor issue so they booked into Audi under warranty. Special thanks to Stuart and Lewis. Definitely recommend this place and would buy again

I recently brought a car from Norman…
I recently brought a car from Norman motors but threw lots of challenges at the team. Ben and Clyde worked their socks off to get things progressing for me, facing issues that they probably haven’t dealt with before. I was grateful for everything that done. My only down fall was them driving my car around that I had part exchanged in when I was promised it would be parked up safe as due to paper work delays, I was still the legal owner. It even had my private number plates on. I wasn’t too happy about this but other than that I really value their hard work and professionalism and would highly recommend Norman motors.

From start to finish, Norman Motors have been first class. Buying my Ford Mustang Mach E was the finest of purchase experiences; no pressure, patience and professional knowledge of the vehicle. Their after sales approach backed up the buying process, a minor issue was dealt with maturely with a profound sense of understanding.

Absolute pleasure to deal with.
I saw the car I liked on a selling app, I phoned the dealer and spoke to Neil, really helpful talked me through the car.
We travelled from Bristol to Bournemouth to view the car, it's a lovely car sales very well presented, met Neil who was very friendly offered us beverages and then moved the car so we could have a good look around. What I really liked was their was no pressure selling, Neil just left us to it, and said take your time if you have any questions just ask. We test drove the car and fell in love with it.
We decided that it was the car for us, spoke to Neil who said he would have the car serviced, MOT'd and also he would arrange delivery to Bristol for us, so we didn't have to travel back to Bournemouth.
I took just over a week to get the car, the guys that delivered it were also really friendly and asked if i had any questions about the car.
The overall experience dealing with Norman Motors has been a pleasure from start to finish, I would definitely buy from them again.
Thank you to Neil and everyone else at Norman Motors who was involved in sorting out our new car we absolutely love it, and the experience of buy from you guys was totally stress free.

First saw the car I was interested in…
First saw the car I was interested in on the website I emailed to see if it was available and to show my interest. They got back to me within the hour however due to unexpected circumstances on my end I was unable to get back to them. I tried again once I was well, Neil got back to me arranged a time to come in he gave me a brief history on the company then got me set up with test drive. I knew I wanted said car straight away!
Got through the formalities and had a nice chat with him. He delivered the car to me 3 days after test drive and meeting him. The car is excellent the service is outstanding Neil went through everything with me fully transparent on everything can’t recommend them enough!
