It is exactly what it is supposed to be, and arrived on time. Construction just finished, and relatively straightforward - not a one-man job though!

Really love the quality of it shame…
Really love the quality of it shame there was some bolts missing but that’s ok the screw anchors in stead of being pressed to gether at the bottom could be cut to a point would make them allot easier to screw in the ground.

Appears to be a quality product however, instructions could be better.
The polytunnel delivery period was a bit longer than ideal but they stated they were waiting for components from the galvanisers. It would have been nice to have had details of the bolt-down bases - they were much bigger than expected and some of the fixings clashed with rebar in the concrete. This could have been avoided during concrete preparation if there had been a drawing within the online information. The fixings supplied were not fit for purpose so I used some much more robust Rawlbolts.
The instructions have missed some vital information with regards sequencing and side ventilation. The hoop assembly should have notes regarding fitting of additional items required by the side vents onto the hoops and base rails, this would have negated having to redo some areas.
There was no dimensions for door lintel height and the double door uprights supplied were too long to fit under the end hoop - they had to be cut down 85mm and we were only 2 down from maximum height on base fixings.
Top rail for side vents was a bit busy with mesh, ant-draft plastic fixed with 'wiggle wire' and then more 'wiggle wire' required for cover.
With all that said, we are happy with the product.

Excellent quality and value for money
Excellent quality and value for money. There was a slight issue with incorrect parts but this was rectified very quickly. This is the second polytunnel we have bought from them and would use them again.

Just ordered a new cover for my polytunnel that I bought 15 years ago. The original cover was predicted to last just 5 years but only now needs replacing. The frame remains in great condition. Good quality products throughout.

Easy to deal with
There was an obvious mistake on the shipping when I was buying a replacement part for my polytunnel on the web shop, but a simple phone call got it sorted in no time. Very helpful!

Exceptional service, superb engineering
It’s been an absolute pleasure doing business with this company. I purchased an Easy Build polytunnel and made several customisations to it, this has made it a fairly challenging project. However, from start to finish the service provided by the team has been exceptional and they handled my countless queries with patience, and guided me throughout the build. This proved to be crucial as there were many unforeseen challenges, mostly due to the design alterations I made, and the expertise from their design team was always on hand when needed. There were a couple of items damaged in transit and these were replaced FOC and sent next day, this ensured there were no delays to the build. I now have the tunnel I’ve dreamt of owning for years. The engineering and innovation that has gone into its design is in a totally different league to anything else available in the UK.

Company is easy to deal with. My tunnel arrived with missing parts which apparently is a common occurrence. Some parts of the instructions are difficult to interpret and the team building it found much better ways of doing things. Bit shocked that the polythene is only guaranteed for 3 seasons, so not even 12 months. Overall though. if constructed right, a very good tunnel.

While we do our best to ensure every order is complete, occasional packing errors can happen, though we'd respectfully say it's not a common occurrence. We always endeavour to resolve missing parts swiftly – as we did in your case.
We’re always looking to improve our assembly instructions, and while we haven’t had reports of major issues, we genuinely value all feedback and use it to refine our guides regularly.
Regarding the polythene, just to clarify, the cover is guaranteed for 5 growing seasons (5 years), not 3 calendar seasons. In most cases, with proper care and installation, it will last 10 years or more.

Highly recommended
I have used Northern Polytunnels a few times now for our allotment (e.g. ground cover, polytunnel plastic) and can definitely recommend them. Service is good and staff are efficient. The ground cover is a better thickness and more durable than others we have bought in the past.

I purchased a length of 6m wide bird…
I purchased a length of 6m wide bird netting, think I ordered 14m of it to fit a hoop tunnel I had built to plant brassicas inside to protect them from birds. As each hoop was made up of 6 x 1m long tubes I assumed 6m wide mesh would fit, it didn't, it only went just over the centre! However as I had 14m of the stuff I was able to cover it with 2 pieces and join them at the top.
I have to say it was / is good quality net and the price was extremely good, delivery was also very quick.
Might be worth checking the width does actually cover the distance stated.

Just to help us look into this properly, if you ordered 7.3m x 11m, the cover should have matched those dimensions, so we’d like to double-check what happened. It’s possible there’s been a misunderstanding or a cutting issue on our end.
