Worst online ordering experience ever. Since January order placed, still no product. Nothing but multiple excuses when they respond to my emails and the initial phone call I made. That call was when they couldn't even locate my order number which is the number they assigned to my order in the first place! As of tonight, after a few more email response excuses to yet another email complaint l made at 5am today, they told me they are shipping the order Monday March 2and but if I no longer want to receive their products and still want the refund I demanded in this morning's email I sent, they can do that instead, just let them know how I wish to proceed. I still want my money, they don't have to go thru the bother of shipping anything to me, except my redund.

Customer Service Representatives equal by far the product........ if a seller doesn't equal quality..... ...........

Northshore has hands down the greatest group of human beings to ever work for a company!!! The adult diapers are the best diapers on the planet in my opinion!!!! When you make an order whether it’s a purchase or sample northshore treats you with the highest quality of customer service!!! Excellent service! Better pricing and reliable information all over! The free sample service has by far been the most generous offer yet, I was able to get two samples of each suggested product at no cost at all! (+ no additional delivery fees!) My order was processed no less than three minutes with a staff member directly approving the product's shipment. Most other websites I have seen charged quite a lot for only 1/3 of this deal! I was overhyped by their proposed single-day delivery service, but it was not until less than a week before I recieved my package! (1/30 - 2/6) I certainly have no complaint over that, I was all the way in San Diego for crying out loud! The products were in great quality, tapes did not lose their stick, and the Megamax briefs certainly had the best, snug fit! Both the airsupreme and mega briefs made absolutely no noise at all and were surprisingly very discreet under standard clothing! I truly hope that this organization continues to operate this successfully! I am marginally satisfied with my order and I very much look forward to submitting another order on this website!

in all the best sizes and they are better than some other pads
If you need pads you should stock up and order and they offer lots of best prices
They deliver right at your door and they was pretty quick

It was a terrible experience. I had to put it in three times because they make it extremely hard. they gave me a price and then not to the final price they put in shipping and tax. It went from $23.00 to 35.00. Totally unacceptable.

Perfect to use for after a total hip replacement! I recently had a total hip replacement & the sample pads were just what I needed at night. The cleansing wipes worked very well, too!

Hi just bought from NorthShore for my mother who has had issues with overnight wetting the bed, I bought the bedliners and the bed pads and can tell you without even using them yet that they are of high quality, I also bought the overnight briefs and the cover for her diapers and am really impressed with the quality of the purchase, the bedliners we have gotten in the past are cheap and soak right through these are high quality and thick with back liner to keep from soaking through, after we have used all that I purchased I will be submitting another review. But so far these appear to be high quality and well worth the extra expense. Trying to help my sister who is the main caregiver to my mothers life a bit easier!!!

Every contact with the people at Northshore Care was extremely helpful. They take the time to help you choose the product that meets all of the customer's needs. If you are uncertain about a product right for the customer, they will send out samples free of charge.
Also, the products under their own product brand are of the highest quality.
Some may find it difficult or embarrassing talking about their incontinence, but they put all of those issues to rest because they are supportive and understanding.
