Megamax briefs are the best I have ever found.
I have been using Megamax briefs for a good year and a half so far. They are the best fitting, most comfortable and most importantly the most absorbent briefs I have ever found. I have tried many others over the years and have to say the Megamax briefs give me complete confidence that I will stay dry through the night without question. I have never had a single leak anywhere from these. I trust North Shore for my incontinence needs and will continue to be a faithful customer for many years. Thank you. 😊

Love this company, but read product reviews first
On 7/16/19 I purchased my normal ConfiDry 24/7 size Medium. Always a perfect fit. I also decided to change it up a little. I purchased the Crinklz Aquanaut as well. I have always been a Plain Jane kind of guy and though it might be fun to wear a printed brief rather then simple white. What I didn't realize is that these are made by the same company as BetterDry. The problem is they run really small. If I realized this, I would have purchased the Large Size. Going back to the reviews, it's been made very clear by others who produces these and how small they run. I wish they would have put this in the product description. Next time, it I still want to try printed, I may try the Large or just move onto the Dotty brief. if I do switch to Dotty, I know I'll spend time in the reviews to figure out which size to get.
So, the conclusion of this review is simple, I love Northshore Care. They have some of the best customer service of any company I've purchased from. They are the Nordstrom of incontinence supplies. Anytime I've reached out to them with question they have responded quickly and completely. They never make you feel dumb or foolish.
My one ask is that if they know a product runs small, PLEASE list this in the product description.

The Megamax is now my new favorite
The Megamax is now my new favorite. As a poor college student, there are affordable, absorbent and snug. With the extra length on the XL and wing width, i somewhat feel less fat as most brands that label XL can be too tight.

Confidry 24/7 diapers are best I've tried. Usually wear large but sample of medium fits better than any other diapers. Thick and very comfortable. This is my diaper from now on.
