Takes forever!
They keep making thier website more cumbersome and slower and slower and slower and slower. It use to take 3 or 4 clicks and you were done. Now you must search and search, fill out forms and then go through a tenuous checkout. These people don't listen. They are loosing business because they have a poor webmaster. If you like waiting for page after page to load and like lots of pop ups, this is the site for you!

got north shore mega max size med diapers and I have to say I just love them. when they sent me 2 free samples of the mega max small I did not think they would fit me. but I was wring, they fit so good I will be buying some of the north shore mega max small

Finding what I was looking for online was immediately easy and successful with NorthShore Care Supply. Picking up the order at my nearby Walgreens was also easy and made the process more practical.

Spam ads despite deselecting cookies
From an order fulfillment standpoint, you can not beat Northshore. Their customer service and prices are five stars.
Sadly, Northshore makes it impossible to use their website without getting spammed with Northshore diaper ads on everything. This is despite me deselecting all of the cookies. I tried to use incognito windows, but Northshore has made it virtually impossible to complete an order or even look at their website while using an incognito window.
Minus three stars for the previous paragraph.

I ordered a product thinking it was one thing but it was not. When I contacted them so I could return it for what I really wanted, they told me not to return the item and they sent a replacement anyway. Unbelievable! Thank you for such wonderful service!

got more samples than i thought and so far was grateful what you send. i havent tried all of them yet but working on a few things at a time the underwear was a little more bulky than i expected but it work as far as holding my urine in overnight. thanks for sending me different things i can try.
