I have had my Nushape for several years! There are so many things I love about it! I can definitely see the difference when I am using it. I can 100% recommend it!! I was having an issue with half the lights on my belt & even though I was out of warranty they were so nice to offer to replace the part that was malfunctioning. I am so thankful for their customer service & can’t wait to be able to use my belt again!
I have had my wrap since April 2024 and have used it consistently ever since along with drinking more water and exercising. I look forward to using it- normally 5x/week. I recently had issues with what I thought was the smart controller shorting out. I sent an email to customer service in hopes they could help me replace the controller. I received a reply quickly and they sent a new smart controller right away free of charge. I am beyond impressed with their customer service- even beyond the warranty timeframe. It truly shows they stand behind their product and want to keep their customers happy. I am a big fan!!

The customer service was exceptional. It was quick and very hands on to fix the problem. I love the NUSHAPE red light , it has so helped with my chronic pain. It’s a daily routine for me to use .

I have been using the NuShape Therapy Mat for several years and truly appreciate the convenience of having red light therapy available in the comfort of my own home. Whether after a workout or simply to unwind at the end of a busy day, I enjoy taking time to relax on the mat. The benefits I experience from my sessions make it a worthwhile investment.

I would like to say how much I am loving my Lipowrap. I use it for many different reasons. I use it for pain reduction, for relaxation, for inflammation. It is a great product and would recommend it .
Also the customer service is great. They respond quickly and are very efficient. That alone makes you trust in them and there products !

I’ve got 2 NuShapes and I never leave home without them. I travel the country for work and they keep me slim while eating out every night and rejuvenated from traveling so much. I highly recommend!!!!

I've been using the Nushape Lipowrap for several years. I received as a gift to help with shoulder pain from working out. The combination of the heat and the red light therapy really made a significant difference in my recovery. Recently I needed to contact the Nushape customer service and they were quick to respond and very helpful. I can recommend both the products and the company from my experiences.

My cord frayed and broke after 4 years of use. I emailed customer service and received a reply within 24 hours. Even though the warranty is only one year, they made it right by sending me a complementary new cord. Thank you

I recently reached out to Nushape as the controller for my lipo wrap failed to work. I was surprised when I received such a quick response. It had been as while since my purchase and I had trouble finding any history, but the representative was able to look it up and offered to send me a new controller at no cost. I am elated to be able to use my lipo wrap again. I love all of its red light health benefits and it keeps my waistline in check. Thank you!

I have been using Nushape products for many years, and have multiple devices. Half of the lights on the red light panel of my LipoWrap recently went out. Customer service was quick to reply to my concerns and offered to replace my system for free. I've really enjoyed using the Nushape red light belt as part of my wellness routine. It's easy to use, comfortable to wear, and feels like a simple way to prioritize my health even on busy days. What I appreciate most is that it's not invasive and back to my research around red light therapies potential benefits for circulation, inflammation, skin appearance and overall wellness. I was interested in the studies related to body contouring and supporting healthy lifestyle goals and this gave me an easy way to incorporate that into my routine at home the results have been great so far. Consistency is definitely the key. My waistline has slimmed down and the skin is tighter. I bought this for migraines, brain inflammation and depression. After I used it two times, I got a headache both times. A couple years later I tried it again for sleep and it did absolutely nothing. Completely overpriced. Did not help at all.

I am completely impressed! I sent an email regarding the controller cord that went bad on my wrap after a couple years. I received a quick reply with ways to confirm what the exact issue was and then the solution of sending me a new cord at no cost. This is a fabulous product with wonderful customer service ~ kind, considerate and very helpful!

I have used Nushape products since 2022 and recently my Nushape wrap with red-light phototherapy stopped working. I’ve had it for about 4 years and used it consistently with great health benefits during that time. My device was well past warranty & customer service kindly helped me troubleshoot mine and then offered to replace it free of charge or upgrade with a discount code. It’s hard to find great customer service and theirs has been spectacular. Nushape is worth it and I personally have seen results from their products from years!

Nushape literally is the best when it comes to the quality of making sure the customers get the best treatment all around. I currently have the Nushape Lipo Wrap belt and it's the best thing I literally have for me.
