I have been using the lipowrap for bloating, the wrap heats up quickly and covers my waist very well. I have noticed that my bloating has been reduced and it helps me also during my period. I have used it for knee recovery and it works. The customer service is also effective and communicative when I needed help.

As a customer for over a year, and having purchased several products, I can truthfully say that all the NuShape products I have bought and used all do exactly what they are advertised to do.
My favorite is the LipoMat! Used regularly, followings the guidelines provided by NuShape, I have completely changed and “sculpted” the shape of my upper arms, abdomen, hips and legs. You will not see INSTANT results and their use WILL NOT replace exercise. They DO NOT make you “lose weight” but regular use has definitely changed and improved the appearance of my upper arms, abdomen, hips and legs. I couldn’t be more pleased.
Their customer service has proven to be second to none! Responsive, helpful, accommodating and very professional.
If you’re trying to decide between products and considering another brand, do you yourself a favor, even it’s a bit more expensive—get the NuShape brand! You won’t regret it and you are definitely worth it!

Lipo Wrap pad in bought in 2023
I purchased a Lipo Wrap pad in 2023. It is very well-made and has helped take my wellness to a new level. I use it on my waist for firming my skin. I also use it on my shoulders, back, neck or wherever I have pain or inflammation. There are many red light therapy pads out there and most are made in China. Nushape is a USA company, and they stand behind their products. My power cord stopped working, and when I called customer service they were very helpful. I highly recommend their products.

I love my Nushape lipo belts. I have two and use them for all my red light therapy. I use on my tummy, thighs, or hang them up and stand in front of them on my vibration plate. Great product that I’ve used for a few years now. Customer service was also great when one of my kids lost a cord, I was outside of my warranty, but they sent me a new cord anyway! Thanks NuShape!

Customer Service & Products Inferior
Customer Service. Products are inferior. Received hand therapy red light unit, product failed to function working 10 days after use. Return process took 2 months: (3) troubleshooting proof no work emails to get an RMA; over (6) prompt email exchanges after product returned to get a refund; additional 10 days to credit back to card. (2) Prior product purchases: hydrogen water bottle worked for about 6 weeks, slowly stops hydrogen bubbles, no longer works, charge time is 6 hours on unit, only last about 3 hydrogen cycles. Overpriced inferior products. Customer service unprofessional timeconsuming repetitive nonsense emails.

I own several Nushape products and absolutely love each one! I tried similar products from other companies and they simply don't measure up to Nushape. Nushape products perform exactly as described and the results for me have been phenomenal. I have been a repeat customer for about 4 years and their customer service is top tier. In the very rare event that you have a problem, they are very swift to bring you a viable resolution. Great customer service has become almost non existant these days but this company actually cares about their customers and it shows. My Go-To Wellness Treatment at Home
I’ve been using the Nushape lipowrap red light therapy since giving birth to my first child, after a friend recommended it to me. I’ve had a really positive experience with it. It has helped with body contouring and noticeably reduced the appearance of my cellulite over time.

2 years strong with my lipo wrap!
I bought my lipo wrap 2 years ago and have used it consistently every few days. I have lipodema/ lymphedema in my legs and it helps so much with the inflammation and helps keep them drained . I also have list many inches off of my stomach and arms with it. It goes on vacation with me too! I will be purchasing the battery charger for it so I can use it while on long car rides! I have had my wrap for almost 4 years now, I love it and when I use it every day I totally see the difference.. NuShape has helped to improve the appearance my skin after pregnancy. Along with exercise, I noticed my skin recover better, and look less saggy, and stretch marks have reduced significantly. I also love how it helps with pain management, and cramps or soreness in my abdomin. I've even used it for family members with pain or inflamed areas, they all said it helped reduce the swelling they were experiencing, and felt the joints they used it on had less pain and more flexibility. The customer service is also the absolute best. All around a great experience with Nushape.

Best Customer Service Ever
I was only helping a friend who had an issue with her Nushape Lipo wrap.
I reached out to your company for help with her unit. Your company responded so quickly and so caring that I wasn't use to this level of customer service. Turns out her until was still under warranty and you sent her a replacement.
I must say, Joan is the most amazing customer service representative I've ever dealt with and I am 67. She found ways to help instead of just saying, "sorry" which us consumers here way to often. So thank you Joan for all you have done for me.
