Once again Nushape for the win with customer service! I am a long time customer of theirs and have to say that it is so reassuring and beautiful that they take care of you for years after you buy their products! My friend bought two after me and has said the same. You will not regret purchasing this lipo belt!! I made this purchase on an impulse and now use it regularly!! I felt the difference in my body after a short amount of time! My husband saw my results and immediately started using it as well. He loves it for his "love handles". I like the battery pack for the mobility it allows while folding laundry and during other chores. I think it even helps with my lower back pain...the warmth seems to sooth it! I’ve been using the Nushape red light…
I’ve been using the Nushape red light belt consistently and I’m really impressed. I’ve noticed skin tightening and less puffiness, and it has helped reduce my lower back pain. The warmth from the belt is incredibly soothing and even helps with cramps. When I had a small issue with the belt, customer service was excellent—fast response and super helpful. The belt is comfortable, easy to use, and the support team made the experience even better. Definitely worth it.

First of all customer service is best I have ever had in any company. I love the product and have had it for awhile . I have been using the wrap for a year…
I have been using the wrap for a year and still love it. It has become a ritual for my body everyday as a way to calm my nervous system. I put it in during zoom meetings or a way to rest my body after a long workout day. I bought the warp for my parents as well. They have felt a difference I their joints.

I started using the Nushape wrap to…
I started using the Nushape wrap to eliminate excess body fat around my midriff, as that is something I could not eliminate through exercise and diet alone. After several uses I noticed that the excess bloat did appear to disappear and I had a more defined waistline.
I also used the wrap after having knee replacement last February 2025, and the red light therapy was very helpful in reducing pain and helping with the healing process. I am very pleased with the nushape therapy belt and I highly recommend it for its many uses .

My experience with Neurowrap has been a waste of money…
My experience with Neurowrap has been underwhelming, First - the battery on the unit only holds enough charge to last 20 minutes, after which it must be recharged. Second - there is only one size which is too large. When I tighten enough to fit my head, the strap blocks one of the 3 sets of LED lights. Three - This device is no suitable for people with pacemakers. Four - They charge you to return the device

Battery Life: The unit should typically last for several sessions per charge. Since yours is only lasting 20 minutes, it sounds like you may have a faulty battery, which we would be happy to replace.
Fit: We appreciate the feedback on the strap sizing—ensuring the LEDs are correctly positioned is vital for the best results.
Safety: We do list pacemaker contraindications on our website, but we understand how important this is to catch before use.
Regarding our Return Policy: To keep our prices competitive, we do not charge restocking or cancellation fees, which is why we ask the buyer to shoulder the return shipping costs.

Wow... the service is outstanding
I was looking at belts and the good reviews on here made me choose nushape.
The belt is far superior to my other brand belt. Its far easier to use and to put it back in the box.
The service is probably the best I've ever had. They return e mails quickly and they are just wonderful. My latest interaction made me teary it was so lovely.
I would recommend this brand a million times over... best service, and the belt is so good, that I've ordered a smaller one for my knee pain.
I have used the belt on my knee and it genuinely works...its great..I also bought a neuropulse I've tried everything that is legal and known to man for insomnia...it worked
.. oh my god it worked I also took two of their sleep pills..im usually awake until way after 5 but after one use of the neuropulse I fell asleep in about half an hour..
I can't recommend this company enough... amazing staff and amazing products...
A little update:
My son has autism and he has a tic of constantly clearing his throat. The other night it was terrible I got the neuropulse out read the instructions for the nearest symptoms as it doesn't specifically mention autism or tics...I just went for it... within half an hour it stopped... we had nearly 24 hours of no tics.. when it started again I used it again... and again it stopped. He's only done it a few times tonight...
I also bought a knee wrap.(a new one that was released about a month ago) ..omg....it works.. for 2 years ive been in agony with my knee (I'm seeing another surgeon tomorrow after being on the wait list) using it 3-4 nights a week.. I can now clean and not be in agony all night... these are products are ACTUALLY life changing.. I'm so happy that I came across them on Facebook

I have been using the Nushape Lipo wrap for 2 years. I used it consistently the first year and I saw results after few months. I think it definitely works for people needing to lose few inches but if you need a huge change it will have to be paired with diet and exercise. I love the versatility of my NuShape…
I love the versatility of my NuShape Therapy. I purchased my Therapy Wrap 3 years ago after knee surgery. It helped to reduce the swelling and soothed the aching so l could fall asleep. As l have aged the soothing, therapeutic infrared heat has helped me through back and neck pain, recovery of a broken wrist and bloating issues. Currently it is helping to heal and soothe my shoulder and neck injury from an ele bike incident so l can sleep better. So happy to have found this Therapy Wrap.
