Ordering and delivery all good. The problem was paying. I don’t have an account so I was asked to pay up front. It was not explained that this money would be pending until the day after delivery. I then received an email bill for the amount I thought I had paid. Please make it clear that the email invoice is for information only

I’ve cancelled my account with this awful company and they owe me approximately £800… asked for it a few times now and also via email through contact us page… no response!!! I bet I get a response here though very soon… pretty dreadful that the only way to get a quick response is through trust pilot!!! Just give me my money back!!!

We have had delivery from NWF Fuels for over 50 years and have have never had any problems in all that time, great staff and service.

Dealing with NWF was quite the experience, originally I tried 3 times to place an order, no reply, by coincidence a few weeks later someone rang from NWF inquiring if I needed anything ( I was a longstanding customer of Evesons previously) I then placed 2 orders. As done previously I made it abundantly clear I needed confirmation the day before also the ETA, I needed to be present at the property to receive it as I needed to open gates and outhouse doors. I received a text message saying it would be delivered on the 31st October but no timeliness, I rang at 9.00 spoke to a lady who said she'd find out and let me know, she didn't, I rang at 11.00 and spoke to a chap who did the same, I then rang at 2.00 a chap answered said he would put me through to Fishers Pond, it went to head office then into a circle back to the same chap I was speaking to, I tried again and got an answering machine. At 3.30 I drove to NWF in Fishers Pond. I met the "manager" Paul to whom I dedicate this review, I explained my problem and was met with what do you want me to do about it, what an attitude and shameless disrespect to a customer, amounting to sheer bad manners! I have since went to a different company who have been fantastic. I put in a written complaint to NWF directly on the 26th of November and having received no response feel it appropriate to give them a review they deserve

Very nice and helpfuff team, specially Samantha help me go through all process with patient and understanding. Highly recomended.

We had been using a local firm for our oil for 14 years, who were always very competitive with oil prices. They were then bought out by NWF. We ordered some oil and didn’t think of asking the oil prices, as we had always been given the going rate. When we received the invoice from NWF we were horrified to find out that we had been charged 50% higher than the current oil price per litre. When we contacted them, the woman on the phone basically admitted that we had been scammed by them and yes we would have to pay 50% higher than the average fuel price, but it was our own fault for not asking the price per litre when we ordered. An absolutely appalling way to run a business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I don’t know how the people who work for this company can sleep at night.

Awful customer service from the team at NWF fuels. We’ve used Evesons for years as they always used to be the best, but this year they have literally failed to deliver. Despite me calling every day for 4 days, and NWF reassuring me that a delivery was coming, we are yet to receive our oil. A complete lack of transparency and honesty from the company. If we knew it would take this long (8 days so far) we would have gone elsewhere.

Natasha Bass, Domestic Sales Manager, was very helpful in arranging our syndicate's deliveries of heating oil, timely, good terms and and overall, Sweet Fuels/NWF Fuels offered good terms and provided friendly, efficient delivery drivers. Natasha also prioritised those buyers who required urgent oil deliveries. Great job-Highly Recommended!

Avoid!!!!! Ordered through Boilerjuice, the supplier is NWF fuels. Still waiting for a delivery which is currently 4 days late, we have been told it may arrive tomorrow, which is a Sunday, which I doubt, as I can’t even get through to their offices. No explanation given for delay, just false promises that the delivery will arrive that day. We have no oil left, live with a disabled child, however, this has had no impact on NWF fuels when escalated by Boilerjuice. Going forward I will insist this supplier is not used for further orders.

Happy customer. We have dealt with NWF for years. They are always polite, efficient and deliver promptly. Their prices are competitive in a volatile market and deserve our loyalty.

The associated app does not work and you receive a scam invoice after 2 weeks

YES THE HEAD OF FUELS DID CONTACT ME PROMISING THE WORLD. CALLS WOULD BE REVIEWED WITH DONNA AND TOM AND A FORMAL INVESTIGATION WOULD BE CARRIED OUT. THE CREDIT NOTE DID NOT APPEAR AND NO FOLLOW UP CALLS OR INVESTIGATION EITHER. THE HEAD OF FUELS WAS CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES ON HIS DIRECT NUMBER, HENCE NO REPLY.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. AVOID THEM AS THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE NO INTENTION TO RESOLVE ANYTHING.

Never had a Problem with Booths oil before it was taken over by NWF now been using them for 18 years no problems since the take over im assuming all the billing admin staff etc are now at head office somewhere .they sent the Bill to my deceased Mothers Address who died 15 years ago i told the driver he said hed sort it but ive still not had an invoice to my address NO 10 i couldnt seem to get through to the woman i spoke to about the invoice going to my old mothers address she said she
d send me an e-mail which never arrived . Still waiting for the correct Invoice with my name and address on it from over a month ago not happy at all R Marshall
