Just a note to say how pleased we are with our Bed (Order no. 1045) Dura Natural 3500 Gold. It is every bit as comfortable as we hoped. Also a big thank you to Andy who persevered to contact us by e-mail when our phone line went down...He arrived (on a Sunday!) within 15 mins of his eta and was very cheerful and helpful despite his feeling under the weather due to the extreme heat and long drive from Toulouse. We ordered 2 mattress's for delivery to France which arrived on schedule and were exceptional quality as was the service From the initial contact of ordering from Daniel who was very knowledgeable and polite and to the delivery by Andy who was extremely helpful.

Received our oak furniture yesterday. Driver had no problem finding us and unloading went smoothly. I have no problem with recommending this company to anyone. Love my new furniture.

Great service. Furniture arrived early Sunday morning at our apartment in Ste Foy Tarentaise. Bruce the driver helped take it up the stairs in our apartment. 2 chest of drawers and a dressing table in place and in use. Fantastic quality furniture. Would recommend to any prospective buyers.

The furniture is good quality, arrived very well packed and is just as described. The delivery was on time and I am very pleased with the service I received from all concerned.

The product was exactly as described and the quality too. Delivery delay was far shorter than predicted. We received a phone call in advance, on a Sunday too, and the two Andys arrived on time and made their delivery that afternoon, politely and with good humour. Remarkable service. Highly recommended.

The two 5-drawer items and a wardrobe all arrived safely in France, with good communications on progress. The chests-of-dawers are both very good, as is the wardrobe, and represent a good quality/value ratio. The service was 5-star. Just the smallest of quibbles: the doors on the wardrobe are closed magnetically and opening and closing the doors is a little uncomfortable.
