I am so annoyed that I did not read the reviews before I ordered!
You will wait a long time for a product to arrive.
I thought they were based in the UK! I have just had a lamp delivered with a plug not compatible to a UK socket.
The lamp itself is cheap and plastic.
I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this Company!

Be very wary before committing to an order. I made the mistake of not reading the refund policy in advance - yes the company inundated me with updates on my order but the delivery time was very slow . And what a disappointment when the item, Handcrafted Limestone Cairn Sculpture for Garden Decoration,arrived - it was indeed only 12.5 cm (7 inches) tall as detailed but was made to look deceptively taller huge in the marketing photo . No point trying for a refund as it will cost more than the item to process. And I will keep it to remind me never to order from them ever again!

Waited an eternity to receive my very poor quality doormat! My fault but didn't check items were coming from china and if youre not happy then would have to return to China at my expense!

Item arrived damaged and completely unusable. I reported it to customer services on the day it arrived and they said they had to investigate with their courier. I have since chased twice for an update and no response. The item is not fit for purpose and therefore should be fully refunded in line with consumer rights. This is extremely poor customer service

Gorgeous curtains, quality material and perfectly match the pictures shown.

Took forever to arrive. Was led to believe it was a UK company looking at the website. Flimsy not fit for purpose door mat. £22.95, wouldn't have looked at it twice if I had seen it in a store. Asked for a refund. Was given numerous discount offers. Finally was told I could return to CHINA and pay all the shipping /customs costs. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I should have checked the reviews before buying. Damaged product (looks used). Shoddy packaging. Slow delivery. Poor customer service to organise the return. Feels like a drop shipping company delivering shoddy goods from China.

AI SCAM - DO NOT BUY!!! I would absolutely not buy from this company again. Images are clearly AI generated and the quality of items is almost laugh out loud poor. The bath mat we received looks absolutely nothing like the picture, took weeks to arrive (from China - even though this was stated nowhere on their website) and I wouldn’t even pay a fiver for it if I came across it in a shop (despite being charged 20x that by this company!!) . I have since found identical images on the internet, suggesting again that this website is an AI scam, and all customer service responses are clearly AI generated as well (no doubt the response to this complaint will be too) Also note that the only way to return the item is by posting it to China at your own expense and I’d be surprised if you ever received a refund. Stay well clear.

company sent the wrong item colour and would not refund me . Said i could have a credit note but did not want this . I wanted a refund to purchase an alternative item . I was advised i would have to pay to return and this would be costly . Declined to do this as not my mistake that the wrong product was sent . company asked for photo proof which was sent and still no refund

For a door mat... it is flimsly, lightweight, and inadquate. Delivery was slow, compared to modern standards. I can't be bothered to incur the expense of returning it, I'll donate it to a local charity shop. I do not advise shopping here.
