great service, reliable and cheapest i could find on late notice.

Parked my car here for 4 days whilst I went on a short trip away. When I came back my car was not where I left it, it had been moved to the back of the car park tightly parked in between cars so we didn't notice the damage until we actually drove off the premises. As I drove down the road could hear a awful noise coming from the drivers side wheel we stopped the car got out and checked to then find the suspension was completely snapped, the spring behind wheel snapped, the drivers side skirt was completely snapped off, my alloys was wrecked massive chunks taking out of them, and my bonnet you can see all the clips showing and dirty hand marks all over it where they have tried putting it back together. Phoned them straight away from the side of the road, every person we spoke to have attitude of pigs... they didn't wanna know kept slamming phone down on us and telling us to email because the owners are away !!! Emailing them didn't get us anywhere either. My mechanic have confirmed all of this didn't happen to my car by just being moved it has been screwed!! I haven't long had my car all revamped, body kit, sprayed ect it was like a brand new car. I'm absolutely devastated. All been logged with Avon and Summerset police they was gob smacked with the amount of bad reviews and the damages done to other people's cars not just mine. Please everyone Log it with the police so they can do a investigation into these crooks and not be able to get away with this any longer !!!!!

Arrived and told where to park by friendly receptionist..also told upon return to ring to let them know we had returned. They had all details of flight # etc. Transported in a new (as yet unliveried mini bus). All good so far.
The actual car park is roughish gravel like surface but apparently vehicles can be moved 4 mile away if necessary.

Upon return we called Oakwood and was told they would be a few minutes. The bus arrived 7-10 mins later. The pick up point was very congested. We made our way to the bus and loaded our luggage as the driver went to look for more passengers. When he got back we were already seated. Two young girls then climbed aboard but were told to get off. The driver was quite abrupt to the point of being rude. The driver then explained that no one boards until their luggage is onboard. Fair enough but driver needs to be trained in customer relations. There was no room for all passengers which meant some had to wait for the bus to return. (Only a 5-10 min journey).
Whilst on the return the driver said there was no eating or drinking on the bus...not even water. He didn't want his new bus to be 'spoiled'. When we got back the driver quickly disappeared...turns out he was at the end of his shift..,maybe that was why he was a little 'shirty'. Anyway we collected our car and went looking for it in the car park. It wasn't there.. no it had been moved to the side of the recption and I hadn't spotted it when I collected the keys..durgh. But there again the receptionist hadn't told me where it was.
Anyway overall the carpark worked but the staff/owners need to work on customer relations. It felt like passengers were just a burden.

I wish I could give lower than a one they don’t even deserve that. Really poor service . Driver dropped us at Bristol Airport and said “ Don’t care if it’s pissing down , you look for us , we don’t look for you ! When we returned collection was worse we waited 40 mins , he kept on saying , it’s on its way . Definitely wouldn’t recommend 😞

Easy to find and drop car off. Efficient and timely drop off to the airport but driver moaned about his job the entire journey. When we landed and we were in the car park, we called the number as instructed and they said to join the queue and the next bus would be there in 10 minutes. There were at least 30 people in front of us and seemingly only one bus running. This would’ve taken ages to get on the bus so we ended up walking. Rude greeting from the woman on the desk on arrival and no help as to where our car had been parked and pitch black ‘car park’ and no lighting at all. Cheaper than airport parking but poor service.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT PARK HERE. RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE STAFF, AND THEY DONT LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR. WORST EXPERIENCE HERE.

Used to be a good service. Last two times we were left waiting at the airport for ages before we got picked up. Also they used to bring the car down to the front by the time you’d landed but now you have to go and find it. Won’t be using any more.

We thought that this would be a saving grace since airport parking is so expensive. We were wrong. We arrived at the terminal and promptly called them as instructed to let them know we were back. I was greeted with an unpleasant response and after asking when the mini bus was coming. The man said something unclear and then immediately hung up. The bus eventually came and when we got back to pick up the keys, they were all disconnected with the message ‘a key may be missing’. Indeed it was missing. Took us a while to find the car, after ten hours of travelling, arriving in the dark and carrying luggage around, of course it’s going to be an effort. Would not recommend.

Don't like being lied to for a start told my car had been washed. 3 separate days car was moved also on A38 is a 40mph not 49 mph bad manners not helpful plus when called to ask why my car was on the move they could answer only to it's moved to another compound it states on website does not say anything about car washing either I will try to up load pics

Used several times before no issues. Back to their site at 3am after a flight an no lighting at all. Could see the car was full of mud but half expected it. What I did not expect was for the drivers seat, A pillar, internal door card and part of the passenger seat as well as the mats to be absolutely caked in mud.
We drove straight to our hotel in Avonmouth and emailed regarding it straight away. Guess what no reply to date.
It looks like i am not the only one too, looks as if some idiot who parks them thinks he's Colin Mccrae with the windows open.
Won't use this Shower of Sh** again. VERY UNPROFESSIOANAL.

Shame I had not read the reviews. Car park is pitch black very uneven and full of gravel. Not suitable for wheeling suitcases. Was told when we left didn't need to phone when we got back so didn't. Waited and waited whilst everyone else was picked up. Driver on arrival said no they wait for you to ring.

My car had been moved from where I parked it and told it would be in the middle of the car park somewhere. Found the car.

Vehicle was full of mud under the wheel arches, along the valances, on the wheels and tyres front and rear wings. However the worst of all was the carpet on drivers side was full of mud. The plastic trim on the side was full of mud and so was the drivers door pocket. The only way the dirt splash marks could have been made is off the wheels spinning with the door open.

The car is a Jaguar XFS sportbrake and I suspect they were spinning the wheels whilst driving it.

I also noted that my fuel level was lower and in fact driving home at midnight the fuel light came on.

I was going to contact them to pay for my car to be valeted but having read the reviews seems as though that's a waste of time.

My advice avoid at all costs.

Just come back from my holiday service back and forth to the airport was good but after arriving back and picking our car up at 1am in almost pitch black and driving home the next morning when going into my boot i noticed scratches all on 1 side of my boot .phoned the following day then emailed photos only to be told should have checked and reported it b4 we left . how they expect u to check your car over when u cant see anything because of the lighting is beyond me . not the first time ive used them but certainty the last

Used this many times before and no problem friendly staff and very helpful but not yesterday. Girl in reception was very miserably and unhelpful. As I drove my car back home I could hear a flapping noise and didn't notice anything wrong as it was late and dark . But on inspection this morning I found damage to the front valance and I noted that the car had been driven 4 miles . I took a picture of the speedometer. I have rung and left a message but no answer. Judging by other reviews here they are not likely too either . Very disappointed. I won't use this company again . Avoid

Used the company several times before as they are close to airport, unfortunately we returned in the night with an 18mth old to be sent by receptionist given keys and told to look for our car even tho I told her we hadn’t seen it ? For us to search for 15 mins in a dark unlit car park at the back to find it blocked in and it hadn’t been pulled out , it it was late and a cold rainy night and we had a young child!! no apology given we waited for half hour in the car park for our car to be moved .
When asked why it wasn’t pulled out ready for us? Her reply was what do you mean? I repeated my question to be told the car blocking us in their flight was delayed!? If they knew this surely they should have moved the cars around- disappointed in her attitude and we pay to return to a ready to drive off car! A week later my friends used them and again they had same issue at 4 am in the morning no car ready :(

Left my car there for a week & was happy with the price but have never came back to my car in the state in was in!, it was 50% covered in mud with some of that in the car, most of the mud was heavy coated on the sides & even on the bottom of my wing mirrors! so with that in mind wouldnt use them again.

Should have looked at reviews first! I came to look at their reviews after using them, as I was a bit concerned my car had been driven recklessly when with them. I thought I was being paranoid but having now read these reviews, I am sure my car has been driven around and damaged whilst with them. My reasoning being:
- I have a Tesla model 3 with built in dash cam, my car had been moved to a different space but there was no dash cam footage, meaning footage had been deleted. The car would record someone opening the doors and using it.
- The battery % dropped significantly more on one day compared to the others, indicating it had been used (it is normal for the battery to drop each day when not in use but would expect it to be roughly the same % amount each day).
- There was mud all around the wheels and up the side of the car and window. I had cleaned the car the same day as drop off, again, suggesting it had been driven around.
- There were new stone chips around the wheels arches / side panels. This was not noticed on collection, due to being dusk / dark and being hidden by the mud. I know these are new, as I have only had the car a few weeks and clean it regularly.
- When I first drove the car it made a horrible noise, like something was dragging from a wheel or scraping under the car. I stopped a few times on the way home to look under the car, as it had never made this noise before but could not see anything obvious other than lots of mud. Made me wonder if someone had taken it for a spin through a muddy field or something.

Obviously, I cannot prove any of the above but seems odd there is no camera footage recorded for when it was moved.

As per other reviewers, the young girl on reception was very rude and the minibuses used are tatty, muddy. Some areas of the parking spaces are very muddy.

On the plus side, the drivers were nice enough and the minibus left quickly. Pick up was also pretty quick and only waiting about 10 mins.

I would not risk using again, would rather pay more.

Avoid avoid avoid!! Come back from holiday to find my car parked at the back of the car park in the pitch black. On arriving home in the day light the next day I noticed my back bumper completely cracked, as though my car has been reversed into something. Phoned the car park and was told they would review cctv and get back to me and for me to forward photos of the damage. I emailed photos of the damage over and received an email back stating that as the car had left the premises there was nothing they could do! I appreciate accidents happen but at least be honest and own up to it! Nothing but dishonest! If your car is parked near the back in the pitch black on your return, I strongly advise you check it over with a torch before leaving!!! Do not ignore the bad reviews there are plenty of quality car parks around the airport with honest staff!!!

Lovely service, staff friendly & helpful. Transfer to airport easy & quick, but muddy footwell mat on return. Would ask company to think of using paper mat covers like in a repair garage. Would make me happier!

After my flight, I called the mobile number provided for a pickup. The woman who answered, referring to me as "My luv" (which felt unprofessional), told me she’d just left but would be back soon. We waited in the sheltered area, protected from the rain, only to see the van drive right past us without stopping—even though there was space to park directly in front of the shelter. When I called again, the same woman, who was also the driver, said she had already stopped, but at a location out of sight from where we were waiting.

When she eventually returned, the driver didn’t say a word. Upon arriving back at the yard, I mentioned the poor pickup to the reception staff. At that point, the driver came out and accused me of being rude, claiming it was my fault for not seeing her earlier. Her defensive reaction gave me the clear impression that she knew she hadn’t done a good job and was trying to shift the blame onto me.

This lack of professionalism and accountability made a bad situation worse. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue, she chose to be dismissive and confrontational. Between the poor communication, failure to stop visibly, and the blame-shifting attitude, I’m very disappointed with Oakwood Parking Bristol’s service and will reconsider using them in the future.

Fast and friendly service as usuall off the Bristol flight last night.
