We booked the premium meet and greet service for Bristol. What a total joke. Called the number when we were a few minutes away from the airport to be greeted by a rude man speaking incomprehensibly from what sounded like a busy call centre. Unclear directions, rude, impatient.

It turns out that you have to leave the car in the car park. You have to go into the short-term car park at Bristol and then wait by the barriers to meet the person. When they turn up, you've got to pay for them to take your car out of the car park. The process is more or less repeated on the way back again, with the same arrogant, shouty, condescending directions. You've then got to pay to get your own car out of the car park.

If it looks like £58 for the service, it's actually more like £80 once you factor in the completely unnecessary and unadvertised car parking extra charges. Avoid at all costs.

Waited over 30min even through communicated clearly and updated our arrival which was the original time I added when booked.

Staff unfriendly and have no interest

I am extremely disappointed with the way your customer service representative, Julia CSR, handled my case. Over multiple chats, I was repeatedly given false information and empty promises about my refund.

I was told several different timelines — 2–3 days, 4–5 days, 24 hours, and even 12 hours — yet nothing was ever delivered. Each time, I received the same scripted replies with no real action or accountability.

This behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. I have lost trust in your company and will make sure others are aware of this experience.

I demand immediate resolution and a written apology for the misleading communication and wasted time.

This cowboy company deserves 0 stars. Absolute joke of a company. Used the meet and greet service at Stansted. As advised called 30 minutes before we arrived, lady on the phone was very rude and kept screaming orange car park row d at me. Refused to listen to anything that was said. When we arrived the handover was very rushed. On our arrival back from our holiday was an absolute disaster. Called to advise that we were at baggage reclaim and was told it could be up to 50 minutes before I received my car. Frustrated as I had a 1 and a half hour drive home. Explained that I had children with me and my mum who needs her medication at a certain time. Was advised they would try get my car to me in 30 minutes. 50 minutes later no car, called back to be told it will be another 30 minutes. Waited once again, no car. Called back to be told driver will be there in 20 minutes. Nearly 2 hours after the first call the driver turns up with my car. Car is absolutely filthy inside and out and this cowboy company refuses to acknowledge the stress and damage they have caused. AVOID!!!!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company - wish I read the reviews before I booked. Customer service is abysmal. I've been promised a refund and never received one. Spoken to numerous staff including a manager called "Max". All promised a refund within 3-5 days but it never materializes. They are a disgrace!

HORRIFIC COMPANY!!
Not often am i moved to write a review about a service but these guys are beyond the pale. I booked parking for luton and like many after reading the reviews here decided to cancel and go elsewhere. I went to the online chat service and cancelled 12 days before my booking and was assured id get a full refund in 2-3 days. This did not happen and over the next 12 days called twice to be told on both occasions that the refund would appear in 48-72 hours. This again did not happen. I called again only to speak to a lady who gave me the same reassurances but after 12 days of waiting i asked politely if i could be sent an email confirmation while on the phone as had still not received this. I was then left on hold and eventually hung up on. I called back and could not get through so i called from a different phone and was answered straight away by the lady. Who then again put me on hold and left me until i was forced to hang up again. I called back and a gentleman answered who knew who i was before i spoke and proceeded to tell me my refund would be 5-6 days and ignore my please for reason completely. So much so that he then began to take other calls while on a call to me and whilst i was spealing. Incredulous i called back on another line and got through to the same gentleman so was physically talking to him on 2 lines. Still he refused to either apologise or speak to me in a reasonable or professional way. He then hung up. I called back and advised i would continue to call until someone simply dealt with me as a customer and more importantly a human being. To which i was sent a whatsapp message with a cancellation confirmation and refund promise. This was over a month ago and STILL no refund. £65 i will never see again. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

vehicle returned damaged !!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this Meet & Greet parking service at Luton.
I left my car in their care in good condition, but when I got it back, it had visible scratches/damage that were not there before. This is already unacceptable, but what made the situation worse is their complete lack of responsibility afterwards.
I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this issue and have been completely ignored. No reply, no explanation, no accountability.
When you trust a company with your vehicle, you expect at least basic care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
I strongly advise others to think twice before using this service. Based on my experience, if something goes wrong, you may be left dealing with the consequences on your own.
THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

Terrible communication

I booked a park and ride service as a solo female traveller for Luton airport. When I got the confirmation through it said it was meet and greet with instructions plus additional charges required which weren’t made clear at booking. I phoned and communication was very difficult with them pointing me to the cancellation procedure - which is non existent. On their website it just says you can’t cancel. So I’m out of
Pocket by £60. Have requested my refund as do not feel safe as a female traveller and to date no response

Avoid at all costs. Wish I’d see these reviews before booking as could not risk missing my flight or having my car damaged

Time-stealing and unreliable - avoid.

ALSO KNOWN AS:
“SC Parking Ltd” and

“Prime meet and greet”
Also note, they are using ‘Compare your Parking’ as a platform- lending an undeserved veneer of reliability.
Do not be fooled.
Nothing “prime” about this! They should call it ‘Meet and WAIT’!
Four different names for this provider on our documentation and arising from their WhatsApp account details- but whatever one they are officially, really registered as, they are very unreliable.
We made the call as per instructions 30 mins before we arrived for our flight out- allowing two hours as required. We went to the correct place. They kept us waiting another 30 mins. Very stressful, robbed us of all our free time in the airport. We’d allowed 2 hours- good job we did. They stole 30 mins of that.
Same thing happened on the way back- a 50 minute wait from call at baggage reclaim, to our car being delivered.
Absolutely awful, and immoral- they risk people’s flights out, with the delay on the pick-up. They don’t care and just trot out ‘sorry for the inconvenience’- whilst continually extending the stated wait each time you call to ask where they are.
Plus the £13 whack on each end- adding £26 to the total bill.
Don’t trust them. Pay a well- known decent provider. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

A1 Airport Parking at Stansted Airport "Meet and Greet"

A1 Airport Parking at Stansted Airport "Meet and Greet" was a very poor experience. It was ideal for a quick, hassle free DEPARTURE, but definitely NOT for after arrival.

They have your car over 30mins away from the airport and they penalise you if you don't have enough fuel in your car. Luckily we didn't have that problem.

On the way over it was very hard to get someone to answer the phone, but when they eventually did, they were there to meet us to take our car.
The collection was a lot worse - the call centre woman answering the phone wouldn't listen at all, all her replies were "A1 Airport Parking", "Parking Zone D". We waited 1hr for our car to be brought to us after we texted straight after landing. It would have been a lot quicker to just park somewhere else. They also returned our car with a very low tyre - NOT punctured, just air had been let out. And they also don't inform you clearly that you have to pay the £13 parking for the drop and £13 for the pick up. So overall it would have been cheaper, easier and less hassle to go somewhere else. Not to add I had to stop to get air into my tyre - which then made a 2hr journey back home and not a problem with the pressure at all - making it more clear that someone had let the air out of it while it was on their site.
Man taking and bringing back our car was very pleasant and polite, I couldn't say the same about the call centre woman that we dealt with. Won't be leaving our car here again. Don't recommend it to anyone.

They are very rude, I booked with them I paid cancellation fee, after reading the reviews, I decided to cancel the bookings because I was coming back in the early hours of the morning and I dont want me and my family to be stranded at the airport. I rang them the next morning to cancel the bookings. The lady who answered the phone the moment I said I want to cancel my booking, she hang up the phone on me. I called back again and got a man who tried to justify the lady's behaviour. However its been 9 days and I cant get my refund, they keeps promising me 2-4 working days until this day I cant see my refund.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! Do not use this company! I booked and they decided to add on extra fees after booking. I requested an immediate refund the same day I booked and was told they would take off 30%, they then agreed a full refund within 3/4 days. I have still not received this refund 2 weeks later. My bank are now dealing with the matter. They are a SCAM!

This is the worst meet and greet…

This is the worst meet and greet service I’ve ever used. I found them through a comparison site and it turned out to be way more expensive as you have to pay the £13 entry and £13 exit fee. Communication was very poor and when I eventually spoke to an agent his English was very poor so it was a real struggle to understand any instructions which was very frustrating as it was very early in the morning. We waited over 30 minutes for our car on pick up and again very poor communication. Please avoid as we will never use them again. They didn’t even give you a ticket when you handed over your car key which left me feeling on edge regarding my car my whole trip. Extremely poor, unprofessional and frankly unbelievably shocking service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible service! I booked a pick-up at the airport, but no one was there. I spent 20 minutes trying to get in touch with the local branch in Bristol. An employee with a very unclear accent told me they currently had no staff at the airport and suggested I use another company’s services. When I objected that I didn’t have time for that, as I was already at the airport and check-in was about to start, she simply put me on hold. I then found the central office’s contact details online and rang them. This time, the staff member was more competent and apologised for the inconvenience. After checking the booking details, he asked me to drive to their car park, which was 25 minutes from the airport, promising full reimbursement of expenses. I had no choice but to go. When I arrived, there was still no one there to meet me, so I had to ring them again. In the end, we made it to the flight, but our mood was completely ruined. After returning, I contacted the company regarding compensation. But I’ve sent two letters, three weeks apart, and there’s been no response. They’re simply ignoring us. Before booking their services, think about whether you want to face such problems before your trip? Good luck to everyone

Found after approx 30mins. Cars blocked in and no help to locate where your car was. As for the airport levy charges £20 each car and a transit full of people, they are making money from this levy instead of adding £5 per booking maybe and still would make additional profit. Their excuse was they pay the driver £400 a day, what that has to do with the airports levy when we pay for park and ride I don’t know. Car filthy dust, no cameras for security or checking car on arrival. NEVER AGAIN!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! I am absolutely disgusted! I arrived home and back to my car last night to discover the window smashed and glass everywhere inside my car, i could not see the full extent of the damage as it was late and my children were upset and scared! The company did not even contact me to tell me my car had been damaged on site, i just arrived back to my car to find it this way and no help/information whatsoever! I have been calling non stop and no answer! They have my car and my key so i am now without my car and its damaged! Staff are rude, do not care at all!

I had a horrific experience with this company. Not only was the staff aggressive and unprofessional (throwing keys at me in the dark), but they also took my car without permission!
I received a parking fine issued at 06:20 AM while I was already at the airport gate for my flight to Lisbon. They used my car for their own purposes, and now I'm left dealing with fines and police reports.
This is a criminal operation. Avoid at all costs! #LutonAirport #ParkingScam #A1Parking

AVOID

Gave the wrong postcode, bus was there but sped off when I went to get on it, reception guy drove my car and me to catch it! Car park is miles away from airport, £20 hidden charges for what I don’t know, driver on his mobile phone placed at his ear all the time he was driving, long wait time coming home and then couldn’t find my key or my car, which is parked in a field with no system absolute joke, trying to make a complaint is beyond ridiculous as their customer service is shocking, one family couldn’t get out of the car park because they were blocked by a car in front and behind who were still on holiday!!

Booked for stanstead parking on 7.1.26
For a 7.55 am flight... company name c s parking tel number 07751 482588
(A1 PARKING is the same number)they charged us £71 when we arrived in the dark we entered the car next to the one we should have ,so drove straight back to the exit and explained the problem.
The guy who spoke to us via the intercom was an absolute jobsworth who wasnt going to lift the barrier until we paid ! My wife had to leave the car park on foot to go to the main orange car parking office and book again through the main stanstead car parking service paying them £200 They then had to call the barrier man to let us out and back into there car park !
My wife has sent 3 Emails to cs parking
They promised to investigate and get back to us and never did
. When you call the mobile number it goes directly to A1 parking who say they are not the same company but use cs parking .Cant help feeling we have been tucked up !!!!
