My (non fault) accident took place in June 25 and the process concluded on Oct 1st 2026. Over a year of stress and anxiety caused by a process that two companies were unable to resolve until a week before a scheduled court hearing. I’m self employed and scheduled an unpaid day off to go to court only to find out both parties had now settled. Maybe unfair to blame the solicitors? I’m relieved but have been deeply affected by the entire legal process.

I think you need to make it quite clear that whatever is stated for payout your fees needed to have been deducted before hand as this is very misleading

Never something you plan for but after a no fault traffic collision OCL Solicitors guided me through the process and Francesca was always available for advice and updates. Really pleased with the service and eventual conclusion to my case. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OCL to anyone.
