I wish I could get hold of someone so they could find me a remote job?like I see listing that looks good but don't know who to contact as there so many branches and when I called my local branch they didn't have anything remote.I wish the listing would mention what branch to contact for that particular job!

Recruiters don’t respond or you receive constant rejections
Terrible experience. I definitely do not recommend using this job agency. I have applied for many jobs that I am qualified for, only to receive constant rejection. At one instance I was emailed by a recruiter from Office Angels who wanted to discuss a job application that I applied for and asked for my phone number. I provided this recruiter with my phone number and waited for a call – a few hours turned into 1/2 weeks of waiting and no call, as well as no apology when I asked if we were going to discuss the job application or not. Ever since this happened, I have only received rejections from Office Angels. It’s very disappointing because many of the job listings that are posted I find suit me. 0/5.

Solid Support and Clear Communciation
Office Angels went above and beyond in supporting and placing me into a new role. Pre-interview support was absolutely perfect and they kept consistent and clear communication throughout the whole process. Sarah Smith and Fionnuala were brilliant.

Being a recent graduate, I struggled for a number of months to find a job. I contacted a number of recruiters during my job search and none of them seemed to click with me as I felt I didn’t receive any guidance. I then got in contact with Annie who seemed very interested and just genuinely excited to help place me in a role.
She was very thorough in explaining the job role in detail and talking me through interview techniques. We also went over a number of questions and scenarios that could potentially come up in my interviews.
She phoned me before and after multiple rounds of interviews ensuring I had everything I needed beforehand and asking me how it went after.
I could not recommend Annie more, I would still probably be looking for a job if it weren’t for her!

Great agency!! Scarlett is fab :)
I started working with Scarlett when she reached out to me at the beginning of July, and by the end of the month I’d secured a long-term role which I’m still loving now :)
From the beginning, she was incredibly friendly and so helpful; she really heard what I was looking for in a job and found really great roles that were very much tailored to me.
After having been job searching for months and not having the best experience with recruiters, it was refreshing to work with someone who is so compassionate when coaching people through something as tough as job hunting.
I’m still so grateful for the experience I had and cannot recommend Office Angels and Scarlett enough!!

This Agency
This Agency, i.e., never ever comes back with a proper email from staff. Always generated emails sent following any application that goes through them.
I never ever seen anything like it in my life.
All the agencies are a massive hassle between people who seek employment and the potential employers. If you ever heard “ I will come back to you shortly” that translates I will never come back to you. They take details and never come back. Who are these people to decide our employment or non employment?
Why do I have to stay unemployed because they are the middle man?
This has to stop!

i never used an agency before but 100% would again
I have never used an agency before to find work so was a little anxious however Kerry and Sera were so lovely they really made me felt heard and left me feeling like they had my best interest at heart to find me the right job, after being successfully placed in temp roles from Aug 23 to Sept 23 I landed a permanent role that i am thoroughly enjoying and despite having left Office Angels Sera still kept n touch to see how i was getting on, the whole team were always polite and helpful and no question was ever ignored, anytime I needed to speak to them they were always available and if they were ever busy i always got a call back in under an hour, i would definitely use them again if i need to in the future.

Not a great agency at all, bad experience with them from telling me I potentially been short listed for a job only to turn up to register, that's it ! No mention of this job I been short listed to & even ask why I didn't or can't go back to one of my previous companies I worked at, I mean really ??!! Rest of the time all I get are knock backs saying I'm not suited for jobs I applied for etc...even though I am - if anything some (not all) of which I got more experience than needed for the job, but still telling me I'm not good enough ? Be thankful I'm prepared to lower myself to your level !!
