Hired the RR PHANTOM SERIES II
Unfortunately due to Covid-19 my wedding was cancelled
Had so many issues with other companies trying to get a refund on items
However, this company by far was the easiest to approach... very compassionate and believe in ethical practices and was quick to refund me my money... if in future I need a luxury RR I'll be definitely coming back.

Great cars, lovely driver

I chose this company because of its reasonable rates, I got my quote, quite pleased with it so i asked for a booking form, we will get you one out tonight, one didn't arrived so I requested it again and it still didn't arrive, then informed them if i I didn't receive one I would take my business elsewhere, then I got a reply apparently they sent me a copy of what was supposed to of been emailed to me, they got the email completely wrong and subsequently could of either What's app me the form as that was how we were communicating, or even phoned to resolve the miscommunication this didn't happen and therefore I sort to hiring from another car company as I wasn't confident that I should go ahead with this one due to poor customer service.

Absolute professional, car was immaculate, arrived on time and every need was catered for. Highly recommend!!!

Booked the RR Ghost for a trip to London for my son, highly recommend. Fatima was a brilliant driver and super friendly. The service was 1st class with emphasis on customer service and delivering a great experience. Great company, will use again. Maybe for the Lamborghini!!

All i can say is, if you want to hire the latest Rolls-Royce phantoms or ghosts these are the guys to call. I've used them a few times. always a good selection of cars, always latest models and service is always great.
