I have bought something from there months ago and still not received it! I was told it was at my local post office. I have moved since then and my mail and packages would have my new new mail address. It’s been a hassle dealing with this issue. I really hope something is done about them!

If it were possible to give a MINUS 5 star review this is what this company deserves. Terrible quality at high prices, terrible customer service, unkept promises of a full refund after spending money to return and not honoured. These products were of such poor quality that it cost me over $50 to return and I would still not have been prepared to keep, not even good enough for rags. Trust me you are better off buying from Shein or Temu because at least their poor quality products are not charged at high quality prices and their customer service is reasonable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these scammers!

Stay away from this company, a total scam. I ordered a fringes pant trousers for men size small for 57 dollars. They sent me the wrong item that had no fringes. I emailed them they gave me option of a partial refund and keep the incorrect item.

Keep far away as possible from this company. They are selling fake alternatives.
It's wrong how businesses lije thus get away with selling and making profits.

I purchased cargo shorts three weeks ago. they never arrived. When I tracked the shipment number it says they were being returned since one week ago. Zero understanding what is going on. I asked to return the money yesterday. No reply so far. Avoid

Total crappy, low quality merchandise. My BMW caps were stuck on decal insignias. Looks like garbage not even a 2 year old would wear. Vendors are non responsive. I'm doingva chargeback!!! Stay away!!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company. They totally rip you off.
They wont provide any proof of any type of delivery. Then they will change the times of the delivery to make it look better.
The first time was 4 am and when i confronted about it they changed the time to 12:47 and they try and say it's the post office's fault when the post office never received the package.
They will not do anything no refunds nothing. They lie about everything.
They can't even tell you who delivered to the post office.

Purchased mens Carhartt shorts which I recieve essentially a scrap defective pair of counterfeit shorts with a fake Carhartt logo sewn on. The draw string was too small to even tie and one of the pockets was sewn shut to the leg. The company refused to refund anything without me sending back the shorts at my expense to cover the shipping. SCAM SITE!

Thanks to my account with the Navy Federal Credit Union I got my money returned!! This is a online scam that at firat it seems sophisticated, BUT THEN they make several mistakes by sending different shipped emails with the same IP address which is being investigated! These lowlifes cant get a real job instead steal from the honest people making an honest living!!

The item ordered was never received. I waited for over a month. The company sent emails about delays with a tracking number that returned you to their website. I have requested a refund today. I hope they refund my full amount.

If I could give a zero I would!! The company is a fraudulent company, will take your money & NEVER send you your purchase! I ordered on 12/21/24 and have yet to receive my items. I have 65* emails stating they’re sending it, but yet never sent & refuse to refund your money. It’s a scam don’t bother 😡

In trying to return an item for a refund instructed by associate, Michelle, and after paying $21 to return the item, it was refused. I then requested a prepaid label as I had already paid for this item to be return, and I asked to speak with a supervisor. All communication has gone silent. I wouldn't recommend this company based on this fraudalent activity.
