I was recommended this Law firm. Although I live in Kent. It was worth the visit to Chester. The Office is outstanding . Very welcoming, great customer service. Thou I did drive there. And parked in Oliver & Co solicitor car park. At the side of there office. Second time I visited Chester. I went by train . And stayed at, The Queen Hotel. Directly opposite train station. Beautiful hotel. Oliver & Co are just in walking distance. Of the hotel and train station. Worth making a day of it. A beautiful place to visit. My Solicitor meet with me personally at the Chester office. Claire Is second to none. Claire has been a credit to Oliver & Co..everything was explained to me for my Divorce. Including the payment price. I felt very comfortable. And at ease. No pressure at all.

Allison Pepper is outstanding, caring and thoroughly professional. After a serious road traffic collision in early 2024 she rescued me from the appalling Minster Law ( the one my insurers put me with) - she spent an hour or more talking to me just for advice with no guarantee of me giving her the case. It took 18 months of her guidance and care ( bearing in mind the physical and mental real injuries I was probably less than an easy customer) . I received my settlement yesterday probably and least three or four times what the Minster Law case handle suggested I should expect. Allison’s assistant Rebecca is also outstanding caring and professional. I can heartily recommend them both for your motor vehicle accident personal injury claim.

Lisa and her team, Jack and Danielle, could not have been more helpful. Almost always available to provide advice, reassurance or make constructive suggestions, they were never too busy to answer questions or explain the intricacies of the conveyancy process whenever we needed it.
Constantly pushing for progress, when things were finally aligned they were ready and able to move quickly on both transactions to ensure they were finalised as quickly as possible - all things considered!

My wife and I were first time buyers and did an awful lot of research into which solicitors to go with. After narrowing it down, the clinching factor was that Oliver & Co have laid out the entire house buying process on their website making the whole journey easy to understand.
We were assigned Iestyn Lovatt as our conveyancer and we could not be happier to have had him. We ended up having 2 different purchases fall through before we finally completed the purchase on our third attempt.
The billing had always been made crystal clear well in advanced, and Iestyn was always more than happy to speak with us via either email or phone dependent on how we chose to contact him. Iestyn remained patient with us and extremely diligent in everything he did. There was also never any point we ever even had the thought to chase him up as everything was always completed very quickly. There were also times during the process where we didn't understand why certain things were being requested of the sellers solicitor and every time Iestyn happily explained things to us. It just turns out that if we were allowed to try and buy a house without a conveyancer, we would have been hoodwinked and/or left in a precarious position of potential liability several times over.
Iestyn always felt like a close ally through everything, someone we could rely on and trust implicitly to not only act in our best wishes but to also actively seek out better solutions for us.
There is absolutely no way we would ever chose anyone else. Iestyn has firmly cemented himself as our go to man.
