Thank you Reece and Gary for fixing my daughters laptop. We are extremely happy it looks brand new again. Really happy with the service, was updated along the way. The laptop fell and was pretty busted up, but they did an amazing job. Definitely recommend

Would like to say a big thanks to fixer Reece and tester Gary. I send my sons ps5, 2 controllers and damaged hdmi leads off to Ologic last Monday. They did the repair by Friday. I couldnt believe it was the same playstation and controllers they had sent back to us! The level of cleaning put into the playstation and controllers is excellent art!!! They said put a new HDMI, clean out, 4 joysticks and 4 joystick caps. They even put a new hdmi lead for us which is very appreciated!! Everything is working like new. From start to finish my son is happy the service is 5 stars!!! THANKS D&G OLOGIC REECE GARRY YOU ARE THE BEST GUYS :)

Excellent service....
I had a cracked screen on my Lenovo tablet and decided to get it repaired before it got any worse. I reported it on the Friday and it was returned to me the following Thursday. I was kept up to date with the repair and notified every time something happened so I knew what was happening. I can't fault the process. Excellent job.

Bad Experience with Ologic
This is an honest review of my interaction with Ologic trying to get a laptop repair under warranty. They reported liquid damage which categorically was untrue which invalidated the warranty. I paid to have another repair company to look at it and they advised there is absolutely no liquid damage at all and its a faulty charging port. I am now having to pay for Lenovo to quote for repair.

We inspected the laptop and found liquid inside the charging cable port. This liquid had transferred to the USB C charging port inside the laptop and then shorted the mainboard.
We provided photographic evidence of this to your insurer and as their terms state that liquid/accidental damage is not covered we were instructed to return your laptop. Ologic do not make decisions on how claims are settled, or whether they are repaired or returned unrepaired.

A breeze from beginning to end
The service from beginning to end was great . It was easy to report the problem, pick up was easy and there was great communication along the way.

Had an issue with ps5 controller due to stick drift, used a third party insurance cover which covered this issue using Ologic, quick pick up of item & quick return, received a pleasant personal note and gift from the team, I would like to thank Reece the repair technician and Gary the test engineer for their work and kind words. Issue was resolved.

Ologic carried out a warranty repair on my daughter's laptop. They rerpaired it quickly and effectively. The service provided by Reece and Gary was excellent. Can't thank them enough. They are a credit to Ologic.

Fantastic personal service
Slight issue with DPD misplacing our sons monitor for a week. However Lynne at Ologic worked hard to find it and then give it priority repair as it belongs to our disabled son.
3 days after finding the monitor with regular emails of updates from very helpful lady called lynne , we were notified that it couldn't be repaired , instead a new monitor would be with us the next day. The new monitor arrived promptly this morning with a lovely message from Gary & Ryan & a packet of sweets for our son.
My husband Neil and I would like to thank all three of you for your Sterling efforts in getting our disabled sons monitor back in time for bank holiday weekend. The personal service received was greatly appreciated. Thankyou.
