Damaged item was picked up from my address with care by DPD Repaired by Gary and Adrian at ologic. Super job. All works fine and daughter is happy to have it back. Nice little touch with the charging cable and haribo strawberries 🍓. That made me smile. Thanks guys.

I needed my Skullcandy Crusher ANC2…
I needed my Skullcandy Crusher ANC2 headphones repaired as one ear piece had a screw issue and was hanging down loose when folded, and stitching had come loose exposing the foam in the other ear piece. This affected the quality of the bass as these headphones are well known for good bass. Through my insurance, Ologic took on the job of repairing them. I received them back today and what a lovely surprise! They have been replaced. Ryan, the repair technician and Gary, the test engineer left me a note explaining why they came to this decision and wished me many hours of listening with my new set! It was actually really lovely to receive a personalised note from a company that is so busy. Makes me feel like a truly valued customer! Thank you Gary and Ryan!

Laptop revival
Laptop was beyond cooked. I was ready to move on to a new one...
But Ologic had other plans.
They took the dying device in their caring arms and set masters of their craft onto this thing: Mike C - Repair technician and Gary - Test engineer. What I received back in the mail (very quickly, might I add) was nothing short of a miracle. The screen is brand new, and the broken components are replaced. It's safe to say I never thought I would be typing on this thing again.

Macbook Air Repair
Used Oligic through my Aviva home insurance to fix my daughters MacBook Screen. Communication was excellent and you could track the status of your repair through a handy little app. Macbook was collected and returned within 7 days. Nice little touch was a bag of little sweets, a cute little quote on the box and a couple of free phone charger cables which were very much appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience with Logic Company
I had a fantastic experience with Ologic and would highly recommend their repair service. From the very beginning, they were professional, efficient, and kept me updated every step of the way throughout the repair process. They successfully fixed my laptop screen and returned the device promptly.
Unfortunately, my laptop was damaged during transit on its way back to me. Naturally, I was concerned, but Ologic handled the situation exceptionally well. As soon as I reported the issue, they arranged for the laptop to be sent back and immediately took steps to resolve the problem.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they repaired and returned my laptop again. When it arrived, they had included detailed notes explaining exactly what had happened and the work they had carried out, which gave me great confidence in their service. As an added bonus, they also included some thoughtful goodies, which was a really nice touch.
A special thank you to Gary and Credivaldo, who truly went above and beyond with their customer care. They made me feel that my laptop was being looked after properly and that my case was a priority. Their communication, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding.
I would definitely recommend Ologic Repair Company and sincerely hope other customers receive the same exceptional level of care that I received from Gary and Credivaldo. Their commitment to customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience.

Had an issue with my ps4 and the controller not charging. It was picked up on the Friday and returned to me on the following Saturday. It has been repaired and kept in good condition, was wrap securely for its delivery back to me. Very impressed with the service. Thank you to Reece and Gary. 😊

PS5 Repair
Domestic and General arranged a repair for my PS5 with Ologic. The console was picked up the next day via courier and secured in a padded and sealed plastic box. I recieved updates from Ologic throughout the repair. The console was returned to me in just over a week. There was clear communication throughout and a full report on work carried out. Gary and Reece provided excellent customer service and gave the whole process a personal touch with how they communicated.
The PS5 is working perfectly!
