Omar Park & Leisure Homes Avis

Thank you so much to Scott and Jamie for their excellent service. They went above and beyond, carried out repairs efficiently and professionally, and reassured me that everything would be ok. They are friendly,polite,hard-working and highly skilled. Would definitely recommend!

just been up to Omar at Branden in suffolk to have the plans for our new home, excellent service from Sophie Collins who spent all day with us configuring our new home, ensuring we we’re totally happy with everything that we wanted. Sorry we kept you there so late. I cannot thank her enough. I was so uneasy visualising the Home but she made it so easy. I know we got tried towards the end as we all did but we’re still managing to tweak things when we got home and we called her the next day and she was happily to oblige. I cannot recommend her enough. She was lovely. thank you so much

I would like to recognise Chris and Kamil, aftercare engineers from Omar, for the excellent work they carried out at one of our park homes on the Lakeside, Gateforth Park.

They both demonstrated great skill and pride in their work, with a fantastic eye for detail and a clear commitment to achieving a high standard of finish. Their approach is professional, thorough and conscientious, and the quality of workmanship is greatly appreciated.

Communication has been excellent, keeping me updated on progress and ensuring I am aware of what is happening throughout the process. They also took great care to keep their working area clean and tidy, showing genuine respect for the park, our residents and their homes.

Chris and Kamil are a real asset to the Omar aftercare team. Their positive attitude, attention to detail and considerate approach make a genuine difference, and it is a pleasure to have engineers of their calibre working at Gateforth Park.

Thank you, Chris, for your hard work and for helping to deliver such a high standard of aftercare.

Danny and Paul from Omar came out to carry out some maintenance on our park home today, and we were very pleased with the service they provided.

Danny has been to see us before, and he is always extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. He takes the time to explain things, offers useful information and tips, and makes you feel comfortable asking questions. It’s lovely to deal with someone who genuinely wants to help and make sure you understand everything.

Both Danny and Paul were great, and it’s reassuring to know that help and advice are available when needed.

A big thank you to them both for their excellent service. They are a real credit to Omar, and we would happily recommend them!

The service i received to from Daniel Brookes and Paul Houghton was amazing. There wasn't anything to much for them. They were polite and tidy. Well done Omar for your service personnel.

Thanks to Owen and Jason all works completed perfectly and such a good pleasant team

We have had an Omar Park home for nearly 6 years and found to be very helpful and as much as to say we need to match two rolls of wallpaper with the wallpaper in the home I spoke to Omar a lady in refurbishment services call Claire who was really helpful and sent me two roles of wallpaper within two days. I think this is fantastic thank you Omar.

Very professional job done by Owen and Jason . Lovely lads always happy to help

These to engineers Daman and Gareth came to refurbish our.guest bathroom.
It is our pleasure to say that both Damon and Gareth approached the job in the most positive and professional manner, which put both my wife and myself at ease, they discussed with each other, and us the next steps on the project every day, the time and care to the finest of details produced the bathroom of our dreams

Ryan - Service technician

I had my Park Home refurbished by Omar last year, and was extremely pleased with the result. From the staff in the Refurbishment Office to the team of Engineers who carried out the work, everybody was extremely helpful, caring and professional.
I have just had some work done under the warranty which was carried out by Damon and Gareth (they were part of the original team along with Jamie and Scott). Once again they were very helpful, and they were pleased to return to see the “end result” of their work. My neighbours all commented how nice the guys were when they were doing my refurbishment, and that is very reassuring. I would not hesitate in recommending Omar for their service and product.

Turned up for twenty minutes stayed for hours to sort snags. Ryan sets a standard that should become the norm. And very nice as well. Huge thank you b

I’ve just had Scott and Jamie in to do some repairs to my house and once again I’m very grateful and impressed with their help. They both took the time and effort to check that I was happy with the work and that all was ok going forwards.

We’ve just had a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment and Alan and John (Omar engineers) were amazing - worked so efficiently and clean, they solved any queries along the way with no problems and we were very grateful that they used their own initiative - can’t thank you enough.
So pleased with the end result, we now have a bathroom and kitchen that is both practical and stylish to use, at 94 and 87 that’s what we asked for and that’s what we got.
Thanks to all the Team at Omar

The young man Jamie, was very professional in his manner, politeness and work ethic. Even though Omar had forgotten to notify us of the up and coming appointment he waited in his van till we were ready for Jamie. He then went about his work efficiently and did what he was meant to do.

From first choosing and buying our lodge we have had a great service .
5 🌟 to Danny who has repaired a few snags for us . He’s a friendly and efficient asset to Omar

Scott & Gareth did a refurb to my parents en-suite bathroom following a water leak & installed Fibo boards & a new shower tray & doors. They did an excellent job taking real care ensuring it was completed to a high standard with no further leaking. They were friendly, polite & really respected my parents home, cleaning-up at the end of each day. A big thank you to them both
