ONEONE SWIM Avis 

SCAM!! my initial purchase took 20 days to ship out, I returned some bottoms to exchange and USPS said the package got delivered back to them but they claim they don't have it and I cannot get a refund since they don't have the package. DO NOT PURCHASE!

They are scammers! Do not order. They said in a few emails they would refund me, but never received any refund for the items I returned to them. They kept items and money. This is a fraud!

As everyone else said, SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Lost money on a bathing suit I never received. Said it was Ready to Ship in Columbia for 2 weeks now. Tried to get a refund, they offered a 25% gift card. Lol this is a lesson to not order from any random new small “business”.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I tried to do my research prior to ordering from here and saw enough good reviews that I thought it was worth it. I spent $241 on two bathing suit sets, and it says it shipped over a month ago via FedEx, but the shipping information won’t update anymore. I still have not received it. I emailed their support twice and I have never gotten a response. Makes me so angry that I spent that much money on a SCAM.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT order from this company. It is a scam. The 5 star reviews are fake and paid for. Ordered $400 dollars worth of bathing suits- NONE were good material and didn't fit. I returned MONTHS ago and they keep giving me excuses for not giving me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM ONEONE SWIM!!!!

Battling to get my $115 back on 2 swimsuits never received. They keep telling me I’ll be reimbursed “next” week. Now 2 months in to this

I have ordered multiple swimsuits from them over the past two or three years. So I’m very well-versed and how their website and process works. Recently, I tried to return a suit because the top did not fit. They told me that the item was under a “policy” that they had that it was discounted, not final sale, but discounted so I cannot return the item. As I said, this is not the first time I’ve ordered or viewed their website before so I know the discounted items are always marked in red on their website, and I went back to view my order to ensure I did not make a mistake and it was not stated anywhere that my item was in anyway discounted. They refused to give me a refund and then ghosted me via email which is the only way you can return an item so I am out $72 and I will never be ordering from them again. Also, it takes over a month to receive your order.

Awful. I ordered after being targeted by an Ad on Instagram. I had to return a few items and they did not respond to my request for return since that is their process. I turned to IG and left a comment asking for help. They immediately erase the comment so people would not see anything but likes on their social. They then dragged their feet for several other days. FInally they sent me. return label which I used immediately. That was the last week of January. It's March 17th right now and I still have yet to receive the refund. I wrote them 12 days ago and they promised it would happen within a week. I had to follow up again today. And they're still making me wait on it.

The Kameron & jet bikini sets are my favourite. I own a few and plan to buy more. They are perfect for sauna, cold plunge, swimming and lounging. They look sexy while being comfortable.

It was an easy shopping experience and the swimsuits are great quality. The color vibrancy has not faded and the design is very unique! I also love the coverage especially with the top. There is a bit more material on the side of the top which I love because it prevents spillage of the underarms/armpits. Overall, a really well made swimsuit set!

I got an international delivery and the online support real was always really fast to answer my questions. The swimsuits are lovely and the colors really pop, a lot of random girls asked me where i had bought them. I’ll totally but again!!

This company is a scam. They took my money and never sent the bathing suit. The phone number doesn’t work, customer support portal doesn’t send. They will not answer my phone calls because the phone number online doesn’t work and won’t respond via instagram. I will be pursuing legal action.

I live in Florida and have my fair share of bathing suits. These are some of the cutest bathing suits I’ve ever worn and they fit really well and are nice and flattering. Both suits that I bought are really nice material. They have a thickness to them that’s high-quality. I will definitely buy again

Good communication

Not gonna lie, the shipping is painfully slow. But the product makes up for it because these bikinis are ELITE. Just order well ahead of your vacation.

One One bikinis are my favorite bikinis, and I’ve tried them all! This brand- the colors, prints and cuts are all incredible and the very best. I’ve had a few of them for over 5 years now and they still look brand new.
